Well Made
This lantern is sturdy and seems to be well made; the metal and glass are thick and it is a substantial weight. The candle gives off a nice soft glow. My only disappointment is the black color as it is a glossy black that looks too modern for my vintage inspired decor.

Glossy bronze finish but still beautiful!!!! cant go wrong for the price. The style is different and unique. if the candle does not work after a week, like a previous review said, i will just do a little DIY on it and replace the candle, because the design far out ways the function of the candle' If your looking for something different than do not hesitate to buy

I bought one for myself because I was moving to the beach, and my mother also lives down here so I bought one for her right around Halloween and she really loves it. I unfortunately kicked mine and broke the glass! because I'm getting to know my new place but I love it so much that I'm buying another one and this one with the break on the bottom is going outside with my plants it's going to look so good.. these are truly awesome whether you're near the beach or not they have a nautical feel and warmth they're just beautiful I promise. Happy QVC shopping!

Attractive, but problems with candle
The lamp and the glass are attractive, although it is a glossy paint rather than a bronze finish. The main problem is the candle that worked great for a week and then went a bit mad. Now my husband says it looks more like it is sending semaphore messages rather than a flickering candle.

Perfect Decor Accent!
Looking for something to compliment your décor, but not overwhelm the space? This is perfect! The bronze version has a solid presence that compliments my traditional décor, adding a blend of modern with a soft glow. I've used it tucked in with fresh flowers as well as on the landing of my stairs for unexpected, but useful lighting. Very versatile!
