Schticky 6 Piece Reusable Lint &Household Cleaning Roller 2.1 5 18 18
waste of money This was sticky for the first few uses but it is no longer sticky. Useless! 01-02-14
Worked well for 3 straight months with daily use I've been very pleased with the two larger rollers, using them daily to collect cat hair from my cat's favorite places to sleep. I use a dab of dishwashing detergent on a soft paper towel to coax the hair off the rollers while holding them under a warm, steady stream of water. I don't rub the hair off the roller; I let the running water do the job. The rollers then drip dry during the day, and I rewrap them for the night with the protective coverings they came with. The sticky substance remained sticky for three solid months and only recently lost most of the stickiness -- why I'm ordering more. I never tried cleaning them without running water and with anything but a wet paper towel, which might be the reason some customers' rollers "lost" their stickiness. Just a guess. I've calculated the difference between what I previously spent on rollers-with-individual-sheets and these schticky rollers -- the savings are remarkable. I will gladly continue to purchase these rollers. 12-13-13
Good for Touch-ups It was a great idea for touch-ups. Though I will say it did pick up hair and other dirt and the like---like magic! However the washing and waiting to dry the rollers was not! I did not like rinsing all that dirt down the drain, even the drain basket caught most. Just gross!!! Anyway I am sending them back. 11-10-13
By golly, it works! Gave the reuseable lint & household roller to my husband as a surprise birthday gift. He immediately used it on the den furniture, his black pants and the cat!!! Worked well on everything. I think he was pleasantly surprised. The cat seemed to enjoy her rolling experience. I'm using it today on my old navy corduroy Quaker Factory jumper dress. 11-01-13
What were they thinking I just received this item - it looked like a great idea for an easy and quick touchup vs dragging out the vacuum for just small areas. Wrong. Only being able to roll it a few times before having to rinse it is ridiculous, what a waste of time and money. Answering the question below, it would be a perfect gift for no one. No wonder they give you two for the price of one, they're probably trying to get rid of them! Extreme disappointment. 10-25-13
good concept - not a great idea Sorry I wasted my money - I bought the 2 package deal thinking I would give as gifts. NOT! I have screens in my sinks to catch hair for easy cleaning so that is not a problem. The problem is... it coats in one swipe so you can not finish the job without cleaning it several times and the plastic holds in the water. Like many others, I am tossing this product and I will go back to the throw away sticky sheet rollers. 10-19-13
Terrible concept I would never rinse this off in the sink and have hair clogging my drains. What a terrible idea! 10-17-13
Loved the idea, but... I had ordered two sets of these; one for me and one for a friend with kitties. When I mentioned rinsing the roller off in the sink, my plumber friend gave me a look and said: "Really? You want to put hair down the drain?" I hadn't thought of that, and no I don't want to rinse hair down the drain. Too bad because I was sold on the idea of not having to continuously throw sticky roller tape away. Back they went. 10-05-13
Not "Schticky" This is a terrible waste of money. I saw advertised on TV and thought about ordering it, but wondered if it would really work. I was encouraged by the fact that QVC had picked it up and started selling it, and went ahead and purchased it. It worked 2 times and then it's not sticky anymore. I've tried washing it off like it says to do, but the sticky part of it is just….pathetic. DO NOT waste your money on buying this from anywhere! I'm upset that I have to even give it one star. I would not give it any stars if the site let me... 10-02-13
Loss of Stickiness I've only had these for a couple of weeks however they are not as 'strong'. I will try hot water, haven't done that yet. My biggest complaint is that the hair wraps around the outer part. 09-21-13
Doesn't work Cat hair was almost untouched on sofa. Ridiculous concept. 09-11-13
Cleans tablet screen I find these work best for small jobs. They pick up stuff very well, but need cleaning almost immediately. I use soap and water to clean them. My favorite is the little one. I have had great success using it to clean the glass face on my Kindle and other tablets. It takes all the fingerprints off easily. Caution: do not use if you have a screen protector, it will stick to that. 09-04-13
