The tree arrived early which was a great surprise. The tree is was labled and easy to assemble.
Once ON a few bulbs would blink in various modes. We tighten the blinking bulb and the blinking has stopped.
The tree is very full and the lights are bright.

For $600, I was expecting a really nice tree, If it did not cost so much to send it back, I would have sent it back. Found a nicer tree for $300 in a local department store, but I already had this one.

After many years, we decided we are done dealing with the bother of a real tree, only to worry about disposal at the end of the holidays. I remembered this tree from the QVC showings last year, and when I saw a similar tree at my local decor and garden store (but for $200 more), I decided to give it a try. I should also mention that my husband purchased a similar 12 foot tree for our basement at the end of season clearance last year from a local 'big box' store. I put that tree up 2 weeks ago, and it was surprisingly easy and looks great! Only downside was it has only white lights. We received our 9 ft tree on 12/9 (as promised) and I put it up right away. After I finished decorating, all I can say is -- WOW! I was nervous about prior negative review, but I am so glad I took a chance and decided for myself! It looks beautiful, and I am thrilled with the light functions and versatility! Now I can switch from warm white to multi at the press of a button! Plus, I LOVE the fact that they're LED! It was truly a sinch to assemble, and I was able to do it without help. I think it's important to have realistic expectations. No artificial tree is going to beat nature's design. That said, I think this one is a darn good replica. QVC's prices are the absolute best for a tree of this caliber, size, and features. As with any artificial tree, it pays to really use variety with ornament sizes and other adornments to make it look full and festive. I am very happy with my purchase-- no more watering my tree or pine needles in my carpet! I gave only 4/5 stars because the 12 foot tree we bought elsewhere came with a sturdy storage bag as well, and this one does not. The box is fairly sturdy though. In the end, I say, decide for yourself. If you want a big artificial tree with sturdy branches and versatile lights, you can't beat this one for the price! I posted a 'before' and 'after'.

After a really horrible experience with the 9' Bethlehem Lights TSV, we took a chance on this Santa's Best Grand Fraser Fir. There were no reviews on this item but while it was enroute, the one star review got posted so I thought "oh, no!" but it was too late to cancel. (Luckily that review was for a 2013 upswept Fraser fir.) We LOVE this Santa's Best tree!! It is fuller than the TSV was, it is much more realistic and with almost no fluffing, there were no holes in the tree. Lights are woven throughout and we had it put together & ready for ornaments in about 15 minutes. Directions were easy to understand, the pieces were all clearly marked, and everything was in the box. We are hoping this tree holds up well but after feeling completely stressed out about the first tree from the moment we started to assemble it - I was actually sick to my stomach about spending that much money for a very disappointing product coupled with such poor service from Bethlehem Lights - I am really appreciative that Santa's Best (& QVC) turned this around so quickly for us. It truly is a beautiful tree!!

I will never buy another Santa's Best. In 2013 I bought the upswept Fraser fir with EZ power & tri-function to replace my 9 year old previous generation prelit tree that had too many light strings out and no replacements to be found. From the moment I pulled it out of the box I knew it was of much lower quality than I was expecting. However, I had no choice but to endure. Time had run out on my search for a new tree and I settled. When I pulled it out last year I was reminded how much I disliked the unrealistic branches and space lights. As I endure again this year I assure you it will be the last.
Unlike most prelit trees the lights are not strung deeply within the tree and do not run up and down the branches. In fact, the cords tend to be wrapped around the ends of the branches in such a way that the individual fronds cannot be easily separated and the branches are often restricted from falling into place without partially unwinding the strings.
Only the very tips - 6" at most - of each branch is the realistic looking tip. The balance is the twisted wire and thin plastic strands that you find in garland at your nearby discount big box.
Aside from the branches being wrapped with cords and inseparable, they do not bend and "fluff" like most artificial greenery. Each branch looks like a little bundle of tips kind of like the head of a broom. This leaves huge holes so the tree lacks fullness.
This is not the product I was expecting for nearly $600. I am done with Santa's Best and will never buy another tree sight unseen.
