JUNK. Unless you have a PhD in Computer Science or Engineering, this is NOT easy to set up at all. All I did was screw up my TV connection. And, after wasting a couple hours of my valuable time (which I won't get back), approximately 1 hour of that time on the phone with Verizon to try to get my TV working again, NO SUCCESS. I did get on screen apps; however, I should have read the fine print where it stated "ETHERNET CONNECTION." I thought I was getting wireless. Now, I cannot get TV mode on my TV; just HDMI. And, I even hooked my old dvd/vcr combo back up the exact same way it was. SO, ALL FOR WHAT????? Unless your router is right next to your TV set where this "junk" is to be hooked up, you'll need an extremely long Ethernet cable. This is going back to QVC faster than Haley's Comet! Nothing but a major headache for me.

I've had this "Blu Ray" player for two weeks and all it turns out to be is an expensive dvd player because it does not play blu ray discs. It plays dvds just fine but no blu ray! When the home menu shows up on the screen and play is pushed it says "not available". Did a upgrade and still nothing! Played the discs in a sony blu ray and they played no problem! Don't waste your money on Samsung like I did!

I am a SAMSUNG fan for sure because of the quality of their products and the ease of understanding their easy installation, and setup keeps me buying SAMSUNG when I need something.

Can not get past "HTTP port blocked" spent many hours working wit computer and router and set up cases. The automatic connect did not work either. I am sure it will work great once I figure out how to connect from computer to www, it is connected fine from device to computer. Any assistance would be appreciated

Unit is small enough to fit in anywhere, works really good and is a breeze to install and set up, I recommend using an HDMI cable, much easier and smoother.
