I bought two Blu-ray players since we don't have any smart tvs in the house. They are excellent. The setup was easy and I haven't had any major issues at all. I would definitely recommend.

This worked once and then it wouldnt turn on, the remote never worked. I sent it back.

I couldn't wait to fire this puppy up! I bought 2 for my home and 2 for my mom and dad. All of the features work great and the functionality is awesome. My dad is 77 years young and he gets it. the ability to access Netflix is wonderful, as is the ability to sign into my Pandora account.
If I had to pick one thing that needs to be addressed it would be the fact that the device itself has no noticeable LED light to let you know when the device is actually on. But that is so minor in the big grand scheme of things. Hope you all enjoy yours like we're enjoying ours.

This is just awesome, but ours wasn't as easy to hook up as the instructions make it seem. Yes you do just plug in your HDMI and WIFI cord. When we hooked ours up it would get to the menu screen and then shut itself off if we hit any buttons what so ever. After 20 minutes on the phone with Samsung we were told our TV wasn't compatible (it is a Samsung as well). So we started playing around with the resolution, once we went into our TVs menu and changed the resolution to natural, it worked!!! It's an awesome little machine with a bunch of great features.
It really does need a little power light though, there is nothing on the machine itself to indicate that it is on.

I have no complaints with this BluRay player. It plays movies perfectly. I also like all the extra features like Youtube, Amazon, and Netflix. I can watch those directly without any other device needing to be connected.

I've spent more time 'troubleshooting' and returning this BR player to Samsung than actually using it. It stopped working two days after the QVC 30 day warranty, so I had to send it to Samsung for service. That took two weeks. Got it back 2/23/16 and it stopped working again 3/21/16. Now it's off to Samsung for service again, which will take two weeks. Not a good purchase.

ordered this for a friend for Christmas, she was unable to connect to her wireless, she called samsung, they told her she needed to purchase firmware to install. returning product..Also there was not a regular return label included in the package, I had to return and pay the postage on my end of 11.00, don't deduct return charges from my order...
