Worst phone I have ever owned!
I have had my phone for 6 months and am so frustrated with it freezing and not working properly that I am ready to throw it away and get something else. Try to make a call and it takes 5 - 10 minutes for it to register I would hate to have an emergency and try to reach 911. I am a patient person but I have lost all confidence in this product ... time to chalk it up to a bad experience and move on. Save yourself time and headaches and pass on this product!

Not that great
This phone is super slow and is of very poor quality. I do not have one good thing to say about it.

DO NOT BUY!!
Never have I had a bad experiance with buying from QVC until this phone! I should have listened to the negative reviews because this phone just up and died exactly one month after recieving it. NO REASON ...it was being charged turned off and never turned back on! buyer beware!

Best phone purchased
This phone does everything it said. Its easy to use and set up was too . The texting is easy with the slide out key board ..I recently had a stroke and was looking for an easy phone to use, and i found it..It has so many free apps. The pics are clear and colorful.The only problem i found was if u want a book too read the print is small,but the news is clear print and u can read it without a problem ..Ipay only 35.00 a mth.If ur are looking for a smartphone,i recommend this one.

GREAT ENTRY ANDROID PHONE!
I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. I EVEN BOUGHT A 3YR REPLACEMENT PLA. THE REPLACEMENT PLAN WAS A GOOD VALUE FOR AN ITEM UNDER $100. IT WAS ONLY ABOUT $20.00 ADDITIONAL.. TALK/TEXT/WEB + VIRGIN MOBILE $35.00 MNTH. INSTEAD OF SPRINT, BUT THE SAME COVERAGE AS SPRINT! GREAT ENTRY, ANDROID PHONE. ONLY 4 STARS BECAUSE OF FLASH. SOME SITES REQUIRE A FLASH VERSION THAT IS NOT PRE-INSTALLED ON THIS PHONE. OH YEAH - FREE APP SUITE CONTAINING TREND MOBILE VIRUS PROTECTION.

Not bad
I don't understand all the bad reviews, I am loving this phone. Sure it needs some up-keep to keep it performing at it's peek but for an entry level smartphone I have very few complaints

Not a good product
The worse phone ever. I paid the regular price so I am not happy at all. I only had the phone for 5 months when it stopped working. My husband has the exact phone he bought from hsn which was $10.00 higher in price than mine. His stop working after 5 months also. Please take our advice this is not a good product even at the sale price. I have been a customer of QVC since 1989 & this is the first thing I have ever regretted buying.

Not satisfied with the phone
Had the phone3 months and it is just ok. The small size is nice, fits in my pocket. Some videos do not play and i am not sure why. The 3g is slower than i had thought. Sometimes the phone won't hang up from a phone call and I still can't turn the phone off, so this results in removal of the battery to reset the phone. The Virgin Mobil coverage is alright, occasionally I have a dropped call. Lets not forget that the battery life just plain stinks!
I need charge the phone 2-3X a day.

3rd one
The first one was awesome until it would'nt shut off and VM said to return it. Exchanged it. Second one display was bad right off. Parts of letters would dissappear when touching the screen to use it. VM said defective. Exchanged again. This third one the screen will not respond properly. Touch it 7-8 times to select just sits there froze for A LONG Time. Can't download. Be careful of VM fools 'looking up instructions in their manual'__ I was told to remove sd card with phone off. Thank goodness I didn't trust his voice and didn't. QVC has been cooperative with exchanging phones. VM wants to send replacement refurbished previously used old phones!!! I don't want to spend that kind of money and have a used repaired phone to show for it! I paid for a new phone and I want a new phone. Trouble is can't find another phone on VM that has a SLIDE OUT KEYBOARD .

WHAT IN THE WORLD?????
I hardly know where to begin. I, like other "Q" customers am surprised that this phone was offered to us. I am a long time, loyal customer, and I am disappointed that I am stuck with an inoperable phone. I am also out of $35. I printed the 150 some pages from the internet. That too was a waste of time, ink and paper. Instructions aren't even consistant with the phone's operation. It freezes in YouTube and during other videos, response is so slow you end up hitting the back key. I couldn't get my text messages, calls were dropped, the case is so tight on the phone it turns the phone on, and the list goes on. Please, QVC don't do this to us again!!!!!!! Now I have to package it up, take it to the P.O. . .

Fantastic Offer and very nice P:hone, Keyboard !!!
This is a great phone. The real keyboard makes it easy to use when data entry is needed. I am 83 years old and no problems and setting up all my e-mail accounts. I have three. The key is to click email icon and then settings. Select add account and go.
I have read the New York Times. The tounch screen is as responisve as my more expensive Motorola. I love this phone and recommend it to anyone. When talking to Custonmer service just ask the right question. The 35 doolars a month for unlimillted messaging and web access is unbeatable.

Worst QVC purchase
I could not get this phone to work the 'manual' that you get is terrible and so is the online manual. When I called VirginMobile the support staff tried their best . Even my techie nephew couldn't understand it and suggested I return it which I did
