Tv came broke/New one okay
I ordered this TV for my husband for Christmas. I ordered it at the end of November. We got the TV very fast but unfortunately the screen was cracked. We sent it back the very next day for a replacement. After weeks of calling QVC to see why we still hadn't received information on a new one being shipped we FINALLY talked to someone who overnighted a new one for us. It came the next day on Dec 21st. and was in perfect condition. We do love the TV however there is nothing super fancy about it. My grandmother just purchased a 55' Samsung smart 4k TV that came with sound bar and other accessories for around the same exact price and hers is way more "fancy". This is a pretty basic smart TV.

It's alright
I thought I would get more out of my smart TV because it's Samsung but it's just ok. I can't enroll in the movie subscription because you cannot enroll from the tv it self the browser doesn't support it. The picture on the tv is the best feature . Other than that it's slow it doesn't do anything special but the price was perfect for this model I thought I got a deal but I paid what it's worth which is nothing.

Samsung 55" Smart HDTV
Purchased this TV from QVC and within a week I already received it. Everything was as described and TV has beautiful color and is crystal clear. The only thing I did not like is that I could not get my sound bar and woofer to work with this particular unit. Worked perfect with my older 40" Samsung with the same hookups, but not with the new one. Other than that we are satisfied with this unit and would recommend it.

Busted delivery
I was soooo excited to get my new TV; only to find it completely destroyed when we opened the box! I didn't have a problem getting a refund or canceling my order. However, I was not comfortable reordering.

Ordered , first one busted......Thanks UPS......QVC sent out another one BEFORE I even sent the bad one back. GREAT service on their part ! Like the TV very much , still need to tweak it to get the best use of all the features.
