Rated 5 out of 5 by from When you want the best, get Samsung! My last 2 TVs have all been Samsungs, but none were like this! The features, ease of use, and apps included couldn't be better. The picture and color is amazing! Then add great sound and what more could I want? All this for a really reasonable price is far more than I hoped to find. I should have known - it's Samsung! When you want the best, get the best - Samsung!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks aren't everything The quality of the screen is what brought me to this product, it looked amazing compared to everything else on display in a comparable size. The issue is the programming. My TV cannot remember a MAC address. This means the network functions don't work unless the TV has its power reset each time. I've contacted support and a technician has replaced the motherboard, but the replacement has the same issue. I'm going back to support again, we'll see what happens.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smart TV for everyday usage I bought this Smart Television to replace an older model. For my usage it is just the right size. The color and sound are great. The base was easy to assemble and place where I wanted the set to be located. The price was good. I have another 60" Samsung Smart TV for the front room. As of date no issues with either sets.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It was nice for about 2 hours. I only gave this 1 star because I had to give it something. Purchased new and got maybe 2 hours of use out of it before the picture went out. I'm sure Samsung will make it right, as it's under warranty, but it's a huge inconvenience to me to have to deal with this in the first place after spending this much on a television. I have to take time out of my schedule to meet with a tech...or return it...whatever it is i have to do to remedy the situation. And I'm without a television in the meantime. Not happy in the least.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Needs more immediate instructions I recently bought a 50" Samsung 'smart' ultra-high definition TV ( model UN50MU6300FXZA). I found the lack of immediate, reasonably complete instructions very frustrating. Only when I downloaded the complete instruction manual from the Samsung website was I able to understand and adjust needed functions. For instance, the overall brightness of the picture was initially poor. Only when I learned how to use the menu to get to the picture type (e.g., 'standard', 'movie') was I able to get close to what I had experienced on past Samsung TV's. My initial attempts with the voice command of 'brightness' failed to allow much adjustment. As TV's get more and more complicated it will be harder and harder for an ordinary, non-technical user to figure things out without the detailed manual. (I finally resorted to printing out the entire 138 page detailed instruction manual to have as a handy nearby reference for future problems like the one I initially encountered.)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Loyalty I have been buying Samsung products for years. I have 4 other Samsung TVs and they have been incredible but the 5th is less than good. Picture is weak, sound is bad and we are losing a component and it is causing 1/3 of the screen to go black. We have a service call in a week or so. Hopefully replacing the component and some tests to solve the other problems it will be OK. Meanwhile we are watching our other Samsung TVs

Rated 3 out of 5 by from New TV I just wanted to note that the screws to the stand are TO SMALL. I broke of the little ledge off unintentionally of course. Please review this stand and see what else cam be done.
