Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Quality! I was really excited to get this Samsung TV because Samsung is a trusted brand however, the sound is absolutely horrible! I get better sound with the off brand tv in my bedroom! The picture is questionable to say the least, I had to have my cable company come adjust it because it looked so bad out of the box and when I called Samsung for help they told me to call my cable company, which is what I did. It still doesn't look like it should for an HDTV. I would like to return it but I got rid of the box and I do not want to pay to ship it back. Save yourself the hassle and headache and just buy something else! I am so bummed about this purchase and there is nothing I can do about it. And yes, I do have HD cable service, the other TVs in my house look just fine.
