This tv is great, for my very first flat screen I believe I made a good choice. Fast shipping and accurate description. I will highly recommend this tv in any size.

I wish I could give it NO STARS!!!! I received the TV - it broke within 2 weeks. The wi-fi stopped working so I connected to the ethernet. Then the remote froze and THEN the TV started cycling on/off on its own. Samsung service is TERRIBLE!!!!! They are clearly outsourced and rude. I have been waiting for over one week for a call to let me know when they can come look at it - I am giving them until the end of today and I will be contacting QVC tomorrow to make arrangements to return it. I only bought this TV at the suggestion of a friend. I should have stuck with Vizio. I have had one for 4 years and have not had an issue yet. DO NOT BUY !!!

First of all, I received my Smart TV earlier than expected, the set of the tv was easy and I absolutely love my TV so problems thus far. I have had ordered merchandises from QVC in the past and have not had any problems, and I really love the Easy Pay method.

Had a 32" Samsung and wanted a bigger screen. My only complaint is that the screen often goes blank without sound during programs. Makes me crazy. Googled the problem and found it to be a common issue not just with Samsung. Nobody seems to know why. When using Smart Hub it works beautifully.
The issue doesn't occur on all channels. But since I tossed the packaging I can't return it plus no guarantee the problem would not occur again.
Might stop into Best Buy and inquire at their Geek Squad Desk.
Overall it's a very nice tv. Hoping to be able to fix the blank screen issue eventually.

Extremely Upset was waiting for the tv for a friend to surprise her today I opened the package turned the set on and the screen was broken, I have ordered in the past never had an issue till today if I could I would give no stars for the overall
