Samsung 40" 4K HDR Smart Ultra HDTV with HDMI and App Pack is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've Waited 29 Years For This... THE BOTTOM LINE Walk, don't run, to pick up this UHD TV/Monitor as soon as you possibly can. With it's feature set, attention to detail, unbeatable price point and 5-payment plan, you will NOT be disappointed in anything this device can do for you. WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL With its 40" screen size, myriad device support and killer display quality, the 40MU7000 provides a perfect sweet spot at its price. Setting up for any of the connections the 40MU7000 provides is as easy and comprehensive as you hope for. Everything works. Period. Picture quality, as a television, internet device and PC monitor are top-notch. Voice commands are transcribed almost perfectly. The only glitches are with hypenated words and words which are a combination of two or more as a single one. Apps, connections, dual-band wi-fi, ethernet, device connections, solid build quality and materials without being particularly heavy, impeccable viewing from virtually anywhere - check to all. THE LITTLE THINGS Setting up and connecting to Bluetooth audio speakers works seemlessly. But the TV's Tizen OS will repeatedly ask you if you want to use them, and dismissing the dialog with a "Yes", or "No" will not get rid of it. Hmmm... Displaying the web browser works better with a voice command then trying to dig it up using the remote. A lot of apps have their own virtual keyboard layouts. If you have a site/account password with characters outside the standard ASCI 256 character set, you're gonna have to change your password to login to some of them (SPOTIFY, eg)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice Picture; Awful Sound & Cust. Service TERRIBLE I just recently put my Samsung TV together, since my other TV died! I have never had to put a stand together or anything else to do with installing a new TV and after trying to figure out their dumb instructions (no verbiage; only pictures) I decided to call company. I got absolutely nowhere and was told they could not help me, but I should go to Best Buys and get their Geek Squad to help me. Ugh! I could not believe their Cust Service would treat a new customer so badly and I will NEVER EVER again buy anything that Samsung makes. And when you turn on the TV, you get this woman, who talks so fast, you can't even understand what she says is SO BAD!! Even trying to set up their remote to the TV leaves a lot to be desired and then trying to pair Xfinity to the TV results in still not having all my channels until I fiddle around with both remotes and finally to get my channels. I wish now I would have stayed with my Sharp Aquos. This is terrible!
