Fun but waiting for my exchange I was so excited when it arrived I set it up and plugged it in so it could charge. It was easy to use. I have used Apple products for portable devices so I wanted to try something new. Loved the color, picture and use of the tablet. Unfortunatly the tablet would not charge. I tried several trouble shooting methods to get it to work including purchasing a new Samsung charger for the device. Still would not charge. I have now returned the tablet to have another sent to me so I may enjoy my new adventure with electronics. I am pleased with the ease of use, but need the device to charge to continue to use it :-) I give it 3 stars because of the battery issue, but I would have given it 5 stars 12-30-13
Love the tablet.. helpful info enclosed I had a Nook HD but wanted to venture out into world of tablets. I love this tablet, its super fast , convenient to carry, and I use it for work and school. I was too cheap to purchase a cover from qvc or my local best buy so I bought a case off of ebay. Big mistake, I thought that qvc sold me a bad unit because it kept crashing and shutting off/on by itself. It worked perfect the first day and I had to figure out what I did wrong. Turns out the case I bought had a magnetic cover, it did not dawn on me that computer + magnets = big No No. Anyway I took the tablet out of the case and voila back to being an awesome tablet again. 12-20-13
