Handy, Useful, Love It
I ordered two--one for me and one for my daughter. The ratchet makes using a screw driver so much easier--and fun. I have been running around the house looking for screws to tighten. The extra bits are handy. I had no trouble figuring out how to use it or change bits. Instructions are included and if you still can't figure it out, QVC has a video online. Who needs to wait for a man to do the little jobs around the house? Not me!

I absolutely love this screwdriver....being a mom, with 2 children in the home, there always seems to be "something" that needs to be opened, put together, or tightened,...in the past I have had to waste time/energy sorting through a tool bag filled with all different sizes/kinds....now I have EXACTLY what I need, and never have to go hunting again....(by the way, I read the previous review...and personally I find it very helpful to watch the videos that are shown online with almost all the products...it's a great way to "see the product in use" and really helps if you are unsure of how it works or anything.)

Confusing to say the least
This is exactly what I wanted and the perfect size. Unfortunately, all I've been able to do so far is expose the different drill bits. I haven't figured out how to rotate the barrel or open it up to remove the bits It would be helpful if QVC had an instruction video for some of their items. It will go back if I can't figure out how to open up the barrel; I don't want to break it by forcing it.
It's a neat tool and seems well made, but I gave it three stars because it's instructions are not real clear.
