Recieved a pair of Ryka lace up tennis shoes but they were too narrow. Called Shoes.com 3 times and held for 15 minutes each time only to get a voicemail that says they are experiencing high call volume, please leave a message and we'll get back with you. Left 3 messages, no call. Sent an email 4 days later, got an immediate "auto reply" that stated I will be contacted within 48 hours. No reply. I will not buy shoes from QVC again. I've never had a bad experience with QVC but if they keep doing business with other companies that give bad or "NO" customer service, I won't buy from them either.
