Disappointed
The style and weight of this shoe is really nice. I ordered this shoe in 5 1/2 M, which is the size I always wear, but these shoes are shorter than my other Rykas. I considered ordering a size 6 M. After wearing them around the house to try them out I changed my mind. The bottom of these shoes are too slippery. I almost slipped up on my hardwood and tile floors. They are going back. I hate to pay shipping both ways for shoes I do not feel safe wearing.

Very Comfortable Shoe
I put them on as soon as I got them out of the box. Very comfortable right away. I did find them to be a bit slippery. I used them to go walking at our local mall with my friends. They felt great but I still found them to be slippery on the tile floors. I am keeping them for their comfort and fit. Just wanted to bring this to your attention.

Sole much too slippery
I tried these in the tan for the summer and the sole was way too slippery. And the sizing was off for me. I ordered my regular size in athletic shoes, 7 1/2, and it was too short. I normally wear a size 7. As another reviewer wrote, I also tried to scuff the soles on the pavement and was not successful. And for anyone with balance issues or walking on bare floors, these are not rubber soled. I have other Ryka shoes I love, for Jazzercise, and the rain boot/shoe, which is quite comfortable and in which I feel "safe" walking and exercising.

Good choice
Doctor recommed that i buy a good walking shoe because of bed knees. Bought my first pair of Ryka the pass summer. My feet loved them, my knees loved them. Thank you Ryka for a great pair of shoes.

Much to slick
I brought these a few years ago and loved them. Don't know what Ryka did, but these are much to slippery. Tried to rough them up on the sidewalk, did not work. I hope they change the sole to the old one. I also wish I had read the reviews before I got them. The tongue on these could also be a little longer.

If you have a balance problem do not buy
I love Ryka shoes but this style has a problem. The sole of this style is slick and if you have any type of balance problem you could fall. I bought these shoes to wear to ball games in our team color. I have Ryka in other styles that the bottoms are not slick and I love them.

SUPER COMFY
I have these shoes in white. They are very comfortable & cute. I would like to request RYKA to please make them in black ! They are great for spring, summer, & early fall. I like to wear black with darker colors and black bottoms, so I need a black canvas shoe to accommodate me. Ryka used to have a black canvas shoe & I loved them. So please bring them back !! I give this shoe 4 stars only because they don't come in black.

Like walking on ice!!
I have purchased many pairs of Ryka's and these are the worse pair. Don't wear them indoors! It is like walking on ice!! I tried them outdoors and they weren't very comfortable. Too late to send them back.

Best brand of shoe EVER!
I had worn a different 'support all day' shoe on my walk, and ended up with blisters. Concerned I would not be able to walk on a trip in less than a week, I rushed ordered, knowing I can trust Ryka's for fit. They are beautiful (red) and fantastic comfort, even with healing feet. Able to walk everywhere and even tour a Cavern during my trip, with wet, uneven and some climbing for about an hour. Thank-you Ryka. Truly the BEST EVER! I hope you come out some time with more business dress shoes and even evening shoes.

Most comfortable shoe
I have purchased two pair of these shoes white and navy, I don't know about cleaning white shoes. But the best walking shoe! Hopeing for something to come in leather style. H ow bout it????

Love the feel but they are slick
Put the shoes on and loved how they felt. They were instantly comfortable with no break in period. I work on concrete floors and wearing them to work was a little dangerous as they were fairly slippery.
