Arrived broken
Actually this was a first, but I knew it was broken as soon as I heard the rattling in the box. Unfortunately, I had family obligations to deal with and could not open/return and I was hoping I was wrong. I don't understand how they could have the egg crate for the top and the bottom but failed to wrap in bubble wrap! There was at least 4 inches on either side of the shredder, meaning plenty of room to wobble around and it did. Bad handling by the delivery service, but really bad packing by QVC. I asked for a replacement, the jury is out if it was a waste of wishful thinking that they get it right this time around.

Damaged - Zero STARS
Arrived damaged on the inside. Wires were hanging and plastic broken. The shredder was inoperable.

Great Scanner
This scanner is the fourth one that I have owned. I replaced this one with the one I have, because this one has a bin that slides out. I don’t have to lift the top off the bin in order to empty it. That was the main reason that I purchased it. The bin just slides out so there is no need to lift a heavy scanner.
