Rowenta X-CEL Steam 1500W Handheld Steamer with Storage Bag is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 55.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Convenient! This was the first steamer I've owned so I don't have any others to compare it too. I can however compare it to ironing and it's a million times better. Steams everything from cotton t-shirts to silk camisoles perfectly and very quickly. I don't use any of the attachments but love the strong stream of steam I get. My only complaint is it doesn't have a very big water tank, but that's part of the compact design. Would definitely recommend for regular use. Good value in terms of size, price and power.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointment I had such high hopes for this steamer. I have never had a handheld steamer that worked well at all. The first thing I noticed is that it is very heavy. When I went back and read the description it does weigh 2 pounds, 3 oz. which is heavy for a small person like me. Makes it of no use for travel. Anyway, I thought it would be good quality even though cumbersome. It worked well about 3 or 4 times and then died completely. On it goes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Glad I Picked This Item We rarely drag out the ironing board since we received our steamer. We keep it plugged into the outlet in our walk-in closet, ready for touch ups of everything from casual clothes to dress clothes and suits. Love it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely Disappointed It worked twice and the third time it would not turn the water to steam. The appliance got hot but NO STEAM!! What a waste of my money! I love the iron and was excited to get the steamer but don't waste your money!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works good. So far so good on this hand steamer. It works great on my clothes. Two things that I dont like is that is it quite noisey but I guess most steamers are, and also it runs out of water faster than my other handheld. I can go a full week with my other one and with this one I need to refill within 4 days. And yes, I do the same amount of steaming. My favorite thing about this steamer is the water guard that it comes with it so that the water that spews out of the head doesnt get on your clothes.. Great great feature on this.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Only worked on some small wrinkles Seems to only work well on thin cotton tee shirts. I tried getting wrinkles out of my husband's suit and I had to pass over the same wrinkle about 20 times and the wrinkle was still noticeable and the clothes were wet when I was done. A regular iron works way better and is much faster in my opinion. I love to iron anyways so no big deal.
