Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this iron Heats up quickly and steams the heck out of your clothes. Takes just one pass over those wrinkles. Because of all that steam, I noticed that I refill the water more often. But that shouldn't be your deciding factor. 01-17-17
Rated 1 out of 5 by Red Light Doesn't Go Off I'm so glad I didn't wait until the 30 days was over to try this. I've read other reviews about the same issue, and I stopped waiting for the light to go off after into 20 minutes. I feel I shouldn't be charged for the return of this defective iron. 01-03-17
Rated 5 out of 5 by Really good purchase I really like this Iron firstly, because of the quality of the product and secondly, for the reasonable price. 01-01-17
Rated 3 out of 5 by Glide Issues Love Rowenta irons, only brand I will own. This iron steams great but is somewhat difficult to glide/slide over clothes. The sole plate is not the standard stainless steel which makes it unable to "glide" as smoothly as the Rowenta's with a stainless steel. I ended up returning this iron. 12-29-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Iron Ever Bought this last year. And I love it. It is one iron that does the job well 12-14-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Iron Ever! I've been using an older (10 years) Rowenta iron which I liked even though it occasionally leaked water and I felt it wasn't hot enough. When I saw this iron on QVC I went for it. It's amazing that I've been working harder than normal for so many years! I used to have to spray wrinkled clothes with water or sizing prior to ironing, but no longer. The first item I ironed was a very wrinkled linen blouse. I turned it up high with high steam. Wrinkles came out instantly in mere seconds. People commented that it is heavy. Well, it is heavier than my old Rowenta but I believe the weight adds to the heat and steam to make ironing easy. I'm very pleased with it and highly recommend! 12-10-16
