Rated 5 out of 5 by If You Hate to Iron -Rowenta ProMaster Steam Iron I hate to iron. However, it's one of those tasks that have to be done every now and then. This is the iron to get it you want to zip through that task and be done with it. No doubt, it is heavy. I've owned other Rowenta irons, and this is the heaviest of the lot. But it does zip through wrinkled items, and you don't have to keep ironing the same areas over and over again to get rid of the wrinkles. Granted, it does seem to use a bit of water, but I always have the steam on the highest setting. It does the job it's supposed to do. 10-30-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Iron! This is one of the best irons I have used! It has a wide base and the steam feature is awesome! 10-30-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Another satisfied Rowenta purchase! This is my second Rowenta from QVC and it is not a disappointment thus far! I enJOY ironing with my Rowenta! The easy pay option was definitely a selling point for me! Not sure about the auto shut off due to the cool down process and flickering light when the iron has been on too long...a bit frustrating. Simply ironing again stops the auto off from activating and the iron is back on. A great safety feature, however, not while one is actively ironing.... Perhaps the time frame could be extended before the auto off activates? Although, I guess that would depend if one leaves the iron up or down, when they have forgetten to turn it off :O In any case, I am happy with my purchase, and my son adopted my old Rowenta. I wouldn't iron with anything else, because the Rowenta iron does make a difference to the ease of getting out the wrinkles. 10-10-16

Rated 1 out of 5 by Defective Do not buy this iron or ANY Rowenta irons! This is my second, so my bad for trying again! On a deadline with an academy uniform and it spit brown spots, all over it and I have to relaunder and try to make it good enough with no steam. Qvc is happy to refund, but I'm done with Rowenta. 09-07-16
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not too thrilled I had high expectations about this steam iron after I returned the DW5183 model with 1725 Watts I bought from Bed, Bath & Beyond only to find out that there was practically no difference in both models - they both leaked water on to the clothes and had to continue refilling it within few minutes apart. But overall, it gets the job done. 08-11-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by The Cadillac of Irons I've never invested in a good iron, now I'm sorry I didn't do it sooner. This iron is the Cadillac of irons. It does all the work for you!! Even if your not that good at it this will do the job. Love this product and would give it as a gift. 08-02-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect This iron is perfect for my needs. The weight is great for pressing hems and seams with no arm fatigue. Love the steam. It is true, you get what you pay for. I have always purchased inexpensive irons in the past. I have watched Rowenta presentations many times and finally decided to give it a try. 07-31-16
