Rated 3 out of 5 by Clicking noise bought this for wife for Christmas, She went to use it yesterday. She liked the features and the weight of the iron, however when she used it, she reported that it made 'clicking' noises as it pumped the water through the iron. QVC was very understanding, and I originally wanted to trade it for another one however they were sold out, so even though i bought it at the end of September 2015, they are going to allow me to return it without any hassles and a full refund!! THANK YOU QVC!! I appreciate it! 12-20-15
Rated 1 out of 5 by So disappointed Hello, This is my third Rowenta iron. Water leaks from the dial of the setting control. I paid a lot of money for this iron and thought it would last me years. I wish I could get a refund or have a new one sent to me. 09-26-15
Rated 4 out of 5 by Awesome Iron This is my second Rowenta. I bought this one because my older Rowenta did not have auto shut-off. When I say old I mean Old! I purchased my old Rowenta in the 1990's and it still works. This iron is awesome. The glide is amazingly smooth, the amount of steam is awesome, it heats up fast and does an awesome job on getting the wrinkles out. So far no spitting or sputtering like some reviews have complained about. My older Rowenta never gave me a bit of trouble and I expect the same from this one. My only complaint is the water tank. It is hard to see the water level. If Rowenta added an easy to see water level to this design they would have the ultimate iron. 08-11-15
Rated 1 out of 5 by spit and sputter I bought this iron 18 months ago and carefully followed the care directions as instructed. A few months after using the iron, it began spitting and sputtering water when the steam feature was on,regardless of the setting. Now, the iron does not heat at all. At this price I expected better performance. What a gyp. 05-24-15
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not heating or steaming properly I bought this as a gift thinking it would be the most amazing gift ever. When the time came to gift it I was very disappointed and embarrassed because the heat wasn't working properly and the steam wasn't working as it should.. So I decided before trying to return it ( it may be too late) I would try using it myself. It would either not remove wrinkles or force fabric together and make it worse. Also feel like it's awkward to handle 12-01-14
Rated 1 out of 5 by auto off auto off came on atfer 2-3 years . We only used it about 30-40 hours we have to send to a repair place . I think in should have lasted a lot longer 11-05-14
Rated 2 out of 5 by disappointing poor steam production at lower temperatures. the iron drags on synthetic fabric at the lower temperatures which is mostly why I bought it . is expensive. Iam returning it. Plan to buy something somewhere else. 11-03-14
Rated 1 out of 5 by Leaky I wanted another Rowenta after my husband dropped our old one and broke it. Ordered this one but it leaked and spit water with the first use and didn't get any better. Had to return it. 09-25-14
Rated 3 out of 5 by Average Purchased this item two weeks ago and have been using.... I was not that impressed with it... Have had other Rowentas that were just as good and not as expensive... wanted to return, but have thrown away my receipt... just figured I would not be returning. I would be returning had I kept that receipt... 09-15-14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love My Iron This is my 3rd Rowenta and I absolutely love it. The iron glides across the fabric and the bursts of steam are wonderful and makes ironing so easy and fast. I also love the fact that I can use tap water. I wish everyone had an iron like mine!!! I would highly recommend this product to a friend. It would make their life more pleasant. 08-13-14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Iron, But . . . This is the third Rowenta iron I have owned over the years and I do like the functionality of the iron, however, I find it difficult to easily see where the water is in the reservoir. It is a constant frustration as I have overfilled on several occasions. 07-26-14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing Iron - the best ever! This is my first Rowenta and I will never buy any other brand. I have been so impressed at how easy ironing is with this iron. It makes all my clothes look like they are new off the rack again. Couldn't believe what I have been missing for all of these years. Thank you Rowenta. 07-17-14
