Don't waste your money 20% did not come up. The ones that did were all small and the same faded color. 01-20-15
horrible product I was so excited when I saw these presented. I trusted that the negative reviews were written by those in cold climates or novice gardeners. These are horrible. I live in San Diego and am an avid gardener. I had one bloom out of 20 plants. 10 months later, most of them are less than 6" tall. Four have disappeared completely. Save your money. 01-18-15
This was a BUST!!! Not one bloom. Gave my niece three and she had no luck. I should have written you to let you know what a disaster and waste of money this was. 01-14-15
Bad purchase I planted these Daylilies in my front yard hoping they would enhance its appearance. What a disappointment. Of the 10 plants only 3 produced any flowers and they were small, nothing like the ones presented on QVC. They lacked any fragrance and did not re-bloom. I hope they will come up next summer and look a lot better otherwise I will have to dig up the bulbs and throw them out. I will not purchase anything from Roberta's again and will not recommend them to anyone.. 11-23-14
Love Gardening Purchesed two sets of these daylilies. Sent one to a relative in Calif. and kept one for myself in Washington State. Very disappointed with these. Stayed very very small and almost no blooming here in Washington. Was even worse in Calif.. Grew to about 4 inches in height and no blooms at all. Both of us are experienced gardeners and both had very bad luck with these plants. Was a bad purchase and do not recommend them to anyone else. Save your money. 11-23-14
No growth or blooms These flowers did not grow or bloom. I was totally disappointed. 11-05-14
Still Waiting After carefully following the planting instructions,I still had not much luck with these. Should have known better than to buys flowers off of the Internet. 11-02-14
where are the flowers? bought 2 sets months ago did not see one single flower, very underwhelmed by these daylillies, most have now died and disappeared w/o trace 10-31-14
Sorry, this was not a good purchase Ordered these lilies thinking what a wonderful idea, re-blooming daylilies...however, I only had blooms on three of the plants, and they were very small, less than five blooms total for the summer. No re-blooming at my house! All blooms were the same color. So much for the mixture of colors. I will not be making any more purchases from Roberta's as I had purchased rose bushes several years ago, which I also had a bad experience with. 10-28-14
Long blooms - planted in 'BLACK HEN' compost The flowers are gorgeous and if you get your dirt ready with Black Hen compost you'll probably have a fantastic show the first year. Planted half the bulbs in a bed w/ another compost, but planted the other 1/2 of the Roberta's Daylily bulbs in a bed we incorporated Black Hen compost into. This is the ticket - Black Hen. The bulbs in the BLACK HEN bed repeatedly bloomed over and over the 1st year planted whereas the other 1/2 of the same package did not bloom because of our mistake in NOT preparing the dirt in the other flower bed. Plants in Black Hen looked very robust and were taller. Use BLACK HEN. Your plants will love it. It's fragrant so if you can incorporate in the fall you'll be set for the spring. Or just hold your nose as you dig it into the flower bed. 10-22-14
Preview Your Review Purchased two sets of these lily's. Only a few bloomed and they were all a faded yellow color. I had high expectations as they looked so beautiful during the presentation. I live in a mild climate, so I thought they would do well. At this point, they are not worth the price and effort to plant. I am hopeful they will natrualize and grow better next season. 10-21-14
Epic Fail None of the daylilies bloomed. Had 8 begin to sprout but they never got above 1 inch. Maybe it is just too hot in Florida to be successful. Wont buy bulbs again :( 10-17-14
