Rated 2 out of 5 by from Packaging Problem Package received full of dirt not in pot. Plant main stem almost totally broken in half. Will try to baby it and hope for the best but probably will have to request refund. Sounds like most everyone has packaging problems!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy I opened a box full of dirt and amongst the dirt was a pot some cardboard (not attached) and the plant. Not sure if the plant will take root but I will not order plants online ever again! Very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sounded good The plant was already dead when it was delivered. It took 6 days to get it once I received my shipping notice. The dirt was all over the box, the roots exposed and the leaves dried.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not a tree I received two of these, neither one looks like a tree, one supposed trunk is smaller than a pencil, limbs are needle thin. Other looks like a Z smaller than a pencil, perhaps a broken stem put in root material? So called limbs are needle thin, I don't think either will make it, I am waiting to see. They are not even close to what they show as shipped. The ones they show have a trunk, these are all needle thin. Pretty sad looking Looks likes a small young branch fell off a real tree and it was just stuck in some soil, and they are calling it a tree??? No, neither are what I would call tree, far from it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hardy Joel Cherry Bush Anything BUT. I have ordered many plants from QVC, most have been delivered in fairly good condition but this plant was a twig....packaged so that the bush had come out of the container and was just free in the plastic bag, unprotected. I am going to try to save it but doesn't look very strong. This one may have to be replaced.
