Ring Video Doorbell2 HD Surveillance Two-Way Talk w/ Night Vision is rated 2.3 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from NIGHTMARE The worst camera doorbell ever. I had cheap doorbells cameras before that worked way better than this ring doorbell 2 with pro chime. Useless, live view takes forever to open, bad connection even if I have a very fast internet and my house not that big its about 20 feet from the door to the router. My advice is to look for a different brand before wasting your money in this garbage, I promise you that you will regret buying it. I returned mine for refund. Im getting stressed just righting about it now. Junk junk junk

Rated 1 out of 5 by from beware of sub zero temps i purchased this last Spring and was very happy with the product . It even helped snag someone who was stalking me late at night. But I live in Minnesota where temps are sub zero and the battery stops working at sub zero. Very very disappointed that you did not test that and disclose

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ring Installation was fairly easy but after 30 days you can't view your videos unless you pay a subscription fee. This is disappointing. Now I will need to purchase a subscription at an additional cost!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great Concept....needs Work Mine is hardwired and I use the WiFi extender, but the video is too slow. By the time it chimes and I look on my iPad, the person is GONE. I’m going to send it back. Too much money to waste on something that isn’t that great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cool little gadget Bought this as a TSV and it works relatively well. The problem for us is the fact that lur front porch is screened in with oet screen and the camera will not dtect motion outside the screen. I was advised we could add the camera and flood light, but that is an additional expense of around $200. I may do it anyway, just to have the flood come on when someone approaches at night. I wish the accessorie add ons were not so expensive or came in a bundle with a better price.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ring.com I ordered this for Christmas. I have spent $200.00 so far paying IT people to install it. The camera does not work. My IT person spent 3 hours on the phone with the support lien and finally they decided it was faulty. They sent a new one and now I have to pay the IT person to come back again. It is not as easy as they make it look.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Idea, But...... I have had my system installed (hot wired ) for six months now. Although I love the concept, my biggest concern is that it’s not dependable, and I can’t blame it all in my wi Fi signal. I’m frequently resetting it, the live view is constantly crashing, and my Chime dies on me. I was sent a Chime Pro free of charge earlier, and I appreciate that, it worked for a while. Then all the old problems came back. Their support people are tops, and really worked with me to solve the problem. As someone who is in a wheelchair, I depend on these systems for security. I love that I can speak to whom ever is at the door, and SEE them without opening it! Like I say, this system has many great features, but it still needs work.
