If an item is returned as defective or because QVC was in error, QVC will refund the S&H paid and not deduct for the Q Return Label.
Even if you don't have the original box in which your item was shipped, it's simple and easy to make your returns with QVC. To get started, fill out the return form that came with the packaging slip when you first received your item. Give us the reason for your return and repack the product in the original packaging, including each individual piece, if applicable. Now that your QVC return is packed, it's time to decide how to ship your merchandise. You can use the returns label included in your original shipment, or you can utilize the shipping provider of your choice (like UPS or FedEx). If you're returning your QVC merchandise for a refund, the credit will be applied when your return is processed, but may not appear on your credit card billing statement right away.
