Renee's 15 Look Infinity Wrap with Sleeves by Sure Couture
Too complicated. Had potential but afraid it would open up and expose too much.
Please make more
I love everything about this wrap. I have picked a default style that I love best but I still mix it up once in a while. This is what I want to wear to work when I really wanted to wear jammies. It's a very comfortable and relaxed fit but still looks sophisticated. When I was stressing about what to pack for an LA trip to see the kids, I brought this wrap. I worry that my comfy clothes look matronly to the young hip kids in the movie business :-) I wear it with similar weight pants e.g. George Simonton. It rolls up in a ball with no wrinkles. It's a lightweight wrap perfect for Spring, Summer, Fall . I always get compliments whenever I wear it. It hides a multitude.
Too laboue intensive
I agree .... Just too much fabric which results in being labour intensive before one could enjoy wearing it. Unless you were 5'11' like the models on QVC
Not For Me
I just could not get this to look fashionable - looked like a hunk of material draped around my neck and body. Maybe if the material was different - I just don't know what would make this happen for me.
Creative and comfy
I got the teal color several months ago and liked it so much I came back for the purple. Both colors are deep jewel tones that will work well with other neutrals. The fabric is cool and stretchy. The Infiniti wrap design is very versatile and allows creative options. Washes well. Will pack well, too.
pretty good but enough mixed feelings to return
I got the black in missy. This is a versatile piece and can indeed be worn in a myriad of ways, some more flattering than others. I LOVE REVERSIBLE, MULTIPURPOSE CLOTHING! I really debated keeping but what made the ultimate decision for me was the color was rubbing off unto my white handbag and the white tank I was wearing under it. This is not good and I hate clothes that bleed. They usually are more trouble than they are worth in my experience. Also not so warm and this is in late spring weather I am referring too, therefore I could imagine the winter and fall. So I am returning this piece but the designer has other pieces that have caught my eye so I will consider another of her designs.
Too much material for me
I bought this in the purple color and the fabric was nice; however, there was just too much fabric. It seemed too fussy and overly dramatic for me. I sent it back.
Love this top
I love this top. It is so comfortable and versatile. I am a 1-2x gal and this works well for me. I didn't try all of the looks yet, but 3-4 will be my go to looks for an upcoming cruise. I liked it well enough to order another color also.
Probably a keeper with a little disappointment
I love detailed reviews so I'll offer one up. I ordered the misses size.
Construction and fabric: Construction is as good if not better than more expensive pieces sold elsewhere including the popular retailer geared towards female athletes, yogics and adventure travelers. Nicely finished seams for such a drapey garment. Fabric wears cool not cozy but goes many extra miles in durability, not super shiny. 4 of 5
I wanted something that would do the following:
Keep me warm and feeling cozy on a long overnight flight and under a rain coat on chilly evenings. Rating 2 of 5. Including an extra point for sufficient sleeve length. Fabric wears cool, though poly retains heat it lacks the cozy factor. I'm not sure I will wear it as planned over a pretty and comfy yoga tank on the plane. To snooze I need to snuggle!
Comfortable without looking like work out clothing 5 of 5
Comfortable without looking too matronly 4 of 5
Wash in a sink and dry overnight. I'm sure it will so 5 of 5
Wrinkle resistantance 5 of 5
Versatility 5 of 5, though I won't wear all 15 options
5'5" 121 lb 36A small wirey frame, wide across shoulders, long arms (often a sticking point for me) age 45, athletic but don't wear gym clothes to run errands.
I was surprised that the sleeve length came close to being too long on me, as most of the models in the video seemed to show the sleeves pushed up. They won't stay up on me for a 3/4 sleeve look. If you have normal length arms that are thin, you may need to have the sleeves adjusted.
The longer length options such as open front, low and high front tie would leave the drapes hanging too close to the ground on me while wearing flats. WIth high heels it could be elegant and sexy.
The only weird back was the low knot in the back. and maybe the halter because of the fat neck knot.
The only style I couldn't "get" was number 15. How do you tie it if it's buttoned?
I would probably wear about 5 of the looks.
The buttons are mother of pearl, perhaps not authentic, but the look goes day to evening nicely. Urban or resort.
I am a plus size gal...1X to 2X depending on the style.....and I ordered the Womans size. I bought two and took them on a 2 week cruise to the Caribbean and wore it daily over something....as a bathing suit cover up....with a long black skirt for Formal nights and as a wrap at night when it was cool out with capri's and flip flops. VERY versatile and easy to dress down or UP!! Excellent buy for me!! Love love love it!!!
Didn't work for me
I wanted to love this but it was just too much material, too complicated, and cumbersome. I love the "idea" of it but ...this did not live up to my expectations. Going back.
Neat design; poor execution
I do outdoor art shows in the summer in Wisconsin and thought this would be perfect -- it can be a cardigan for a cool day and a halter top for a hot day. Unfortunately, this didn't work for me in a number of ways. I'm 5'5" and a size 12. I ordered a regular, and it was too small to wrap around for a lot of the designs. And like another reviewer said, the front might look awesome, but in some styles the back looks too weird. Nice fabric and there were a few ways that looked really neat, but overall, for the price, it went back.
