Use a stand mixer to combine the butter and sugar. Add the eggs next, followed by the milk, vanilla, and lemon zest.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder, then slowly add it to the batter. Turn off the mixer and stir in the blueberries by hand. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake 50–55 minutes.
Once the bread has cooled, mix the glaze ingredients together and pour it over loaf. Slice and serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a ripe strawberry for the perfect red, white, and blueberries treat!
