We made these steaks on New Years Day, They were sooo good....Seared on a hot steak pan on both sides Just to Mark and finished in a 450 oven for 6 minutes...then rested for 10 minutes....they were a perfect medium rare, Very Juicy 2 steaks feed 3 people...they are huge and make a wow presentation...Will be buying again!

Normally, I'm a grass fed, bone-in girl but Rastelli medallions have convinced me to try the rib eye and porterhouse. I may never go back to grass fed. Fantastic!!!!!!!! Can't wait to see if they have bone-in rib roasts for the holidays.

Top quality , large cowboy steaks , I just added Himalayan salt and cracked pepper with olive oil rub , cooked at 450 on my traeger grill 10 minutes each side .....WOW .... The absolute best steak I ever had , clean , tender ,flavorful , finished the whole thing , which I never do on steak much small , highly recommended, I eat meat 4 days a month , these will definitely be a once a month buy , as long as they're available. Buy them now
