Spoiled Rotten!
Very disappointed with the shipment I received as the vacuumed sealed product seemed to be compromised. I purchased them to entertain guest. I had purchased Rastelli sirloin steaks before, and I felt they were of average quality. I had even subscribed to auto-delivery. I cancelled the auto-delivery after two cycles because I felt the steaks weren't worth the asking price. So, this time I decided to upgrade the cut of beef to prime rib cuts believing it would be more flavorful and tender. Visually, the stakes lacked marbling and was just plain fat. Upon opening a couple of individual vacuumed sealed packets of steaks they reeked of spoiled meat. Totally unacceptable! QVC to the rescue! QVC lived up to their name "Quality Value Convenience" as they apologetically refunded my order immediately. I love QVC! No more Rastelli for me!

Very disappointed
My husband and I ordered these steaks with very high hopes after watching the pre-Christmas presentation which made them look wonderful.
Well, after our second try I am reluctantly cancelling my auto-delivery plan. The first steak we shared with the lobster tails we bought (those were great), but the steak was very fatty, and had a unpleasant taste. This was the wine marinated choice and I've had wine marinated steaks, but it was just not good. We tried them again today hoping for the best but getting the worst. There was so much inedible meat/fat/ gristle that my husband said "Are we having steak?" Most of the steak disposed of right after dinner.

Very disappointed In Rastelli
Steaks were 10 oz, however they had to much fat on each steak. I was very disappointed with Rastelli. I gave more than half of each steak to my dog. I will not purchase again for the costly fat.

Tough and tasteless
I have tried numerous Rastelli products, and they have been "awful"!!! If this is what his family thinks is top notch, they are mistaken. I have tried Prime rib steaks, Strips steaks, and rib eye steaks. If this the quality that he serves his family, I feel sorry for them. They are being cheated. He claims he only ships what he would serve to "his" family. They must not expect much. I will no longer purchase any "Rastelli" products. I can not believe the hosts of QVC think these are tender and good tasting. Go with Kansas City. They are at least reputable.

Big Disappointment
The steaks they showed on tv were nice lean ones. When we got the order they were more fat than meat. I realize that prime rib has some fat but these were terrible big disappointment.

Soooo tough
I'm a rib eye lover & while these had flavor ( too heavy on the herbs for me) , they were tough & dry. Very disappointed

Flavor good but not very tender. Half the steak was fat and gristle. I get better steak at grocery store for half the price
