Does not look the same
The wig simply did not appear as it did in the photo. It seems to have too much natural curl and not enough straightness to achieve the edgy look as it does on Raquel's photo.

immensely disappointed
I am a first time wig wearer and I ordered this with hope in the glazed cinnamon. the color is superb, so I joyfully put it on and all day have been wearing it around the house. It will not stay put. First of all, I agree with an earlier reviewer that there is play between the top of the head and the cap. I have measured my head and appear to fall between average and large, assuming I measured correctly. I tried stretching the wig differently when putting it on to no avail. I pinned down the lower pack of the wig but every time I moved my head it would pop up. Sadly it is going back. I have no choice. If QVC would post useful and detailed information on the sizing, securing and the wearing of their wigs I'll try again.

WASN'T FOR ME
I wanted the glazed hazelnut but it was not offered :( I got the mocha instead. That was my first mistake. There were other wigs I would have ordered if the colors were offered. That's too bad. The haircut looks NOTHING like the picture. It's just way too much hair and un-ruley. The fit was not good. There is velcro that allows you to adjust around your (face) head; tightness, it's just not a comfortable head fit. There's a gap between the crown area of your head and the wig cap that gives play to the wig. I was constantly adjusting and shifting. I may be on the smaller side, but still I consider myself to have an average sized head for fitting. Thank goodness for QVC RETURNS!

WASN'T DISAPPOINTED
I ORDERED THIS BECAUSE I KNEW I COULD RETURN IT IF NECESSARY. WELL THAT WON'T BE HAPPENING. I COULD TELL BY TRYING IT ON, IT WAS GOING TO WORK WHEN I TOOK IT TO BE CUSTOMIZED BY MY STYLIST. IT LOOKS GREAT SINCE IT WAS CUT TO SUIT ME. LADIES, DON'T BE AFRAID TO TRY RAQUEL, BECAUSE QVC ALLOWS RETURNS, WHERE WIGSITES ON THE WEB WON'T TAKE THEM BACK. JUST REMEMBER TO NOT ALTER YOUR WIG BY CUTTING IT IF IT DOES NOT SUIT YOU.

Nothing like the picture
I ordered this wig in Dark Chocolate. The color was a pretty good match to my own dark brown hair. The problem with this wig, is the style and fit. The style was NOTHING like the picture, and the fit was horrible. It was so fake looking. No matter how much I tried to style this wig with my fingers (and a hair pick), it did not cooperate! And....it kept riding up my head. And....I don't have a big head! I did not wear this wig out, I just practiced wearing it at home. I also ordered this wig in the Chestnut color. The style and fit were the same. I sent both of them back. If I would have worn this wig out, I know people would have asked me why my cat was sleeping on my head.

I Absolutely Love This Wig!!!
I've never owned a wig before, but I've been under a lot of stress for awhile now, and my hairdresser told me what I already knew ~ I'm losing a lot of hair. My Mom and I are going on a cruise in about a month ~ she's looking for a first time wig for herself ~ sounded like a good idea to me, too (and no one will know me ~ figured it could make the fancy dress-up nights a "breeze" ~ pardon my pun). Thought I'd give it a try after going to a shop and trying on lesser quality wigs (nothing looked right at all). This wig looks so natural ~ and my husband says I look at least 10 years younger... It's comfortable too!!! I've had it on for a couple hours, messing around, taking pictures to send to friends. I'd heard good things about Rachel's wigs and couldn't be happier... The color's also great ~ I ordered Chestnut and it matches my hair color just right... Wish I could post a picture... I'm sold...

Natural looking and cute
I just happened to come across this wig on the website and didn't see it on air so I wasn't sure what to expect, especially with the color because it's difficult to gauge by the swatches. My own hair color is light brown to dark blonde with blonde highlights so I chose the glazed mocha and while it is darker than my own hair color, it still looks okay because of the pretty highlights.
I love the wig, it fits well and is very cute on. It looks very natural. I used a hair pick (lightly) to smooth it out and/or fluff it up wherever I thought it needed it and that worked great. I expected that I would need to have it trimmed to my face by my hairdresser, but I don't think it needs it. The front wasn't too full and I pressed the top down with my hand where I thought it was just slightly too high and that worked perfectly.
I will definitely be buying another wig, but waiting to see them on-air so I can see what the back looks like on the others.

Weird fit and looked like a mop
I was disappointed with this wig. I couldn't get it to fit properly on my head - it felt like it was going to pop straight off. And the hairstyle was unruly and "moppy". I'm sticking with Ken Paves' hairpieces I think.
