I have a small galley-type kitchen with little space, so I was excited to find this. I hate having to nest my pots and pans and loved the idea of stacking them instead. However this piece isn't as practical as I hoped. First, it seems a little flimsy. The plastic pieces are well made with clean lines and the unit puts together very easily, but it felt wobbly when I pulled items off of it. But a heavier unit would cost more, especially if made of wood or metal. Second, I could fit a 6-quart pot on the bottom and a 2.5 quart pot on the next level (3rd shelf), but the 2nd shelf and the top were too narrow to fit any other pot. (The top level being fairly close to the "roof" of the cabinet.) Perhaps if you have shorter, wider cook pots than I then the shelf spacing would work. I liked the idea of hanging my frying pans, but if you use all 3 hooks, you have to remove at least one frying pan in order to remove a pot. I supposed you could hang a lesser used frying pan to the back and avoid that problem, but then you would have to do a lot of maneuvering to get the pan when you need it.
I would recommend this product to anyone with a very small kitchen or someone with a narrow bathroom cabinet who needs to maximize space. Again I thought this organizer was well made for a plastic organizer, but it just wasn't for me.

This solved the stacking issue I had. I didn't want a diy kit using a tape measure and screws. I am very pleased with this product, its sturdy and its compact. I no longer have to unstack pans and lids to find the right pot/pan then restack them. Oh then restack after I wash the pot/pan.
I plan to buy another one for the lids. This is a great product and inexpensive too.

This is a good organizer. Just make sure you have enough room around the tree so you can get the pans out easily. It's a little flimsy but, all in all solves a storage problem for me.
