RACHEL, LOVE YOU DARLIN'. THESE CAFTANS ARE JUST BEAUTIFUL AND PRICED RIGHT. I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY'RE BEING RETIRED. ONE OF MANY PURCHASES FROM YOU. I OWN THE PURPLE AND THE IVORY ONES IN A 1X- MY NORMAL SIZE. I AM 5'7.5 AND THE LENGTH IS JUST PAST MY ANKLE BONE. JUST SKIMMING THE FLOOR IN THE BACK IN MY BAREFEET.
I BEG YOU TO BRING BACK THE CHARMUESE SLIPS!!! PLEASE!!! I'VE OWNED THESE FOR 3/4 YEARS- WHENEVER THEY FIRST CAME OUT. I WORE THE PURPLE ONE ONE TIME. I WENT ON WAITLIST FOR THE SLIPS AND NEVER RECIEVED ONE. THERE WEREN'T ENOUGH MADE. I WANT TO WEAR THIS IN PUBLIC!!! ALL YOUR CAFTANS ARE SHEER. WE NEED SLIPS FOR ALL OF THEM IN A THICKER CHARMUESE AS NO OTHER SLIP WORKS AND SHAPERS TOTALLY DEFEAT THE PURPOSE. IT IS MY ONLY REASON FOR THE 3 STAR RATING. THE (DRESS) CAFTAN ITSELF IS SPECTACULAR AND W/O A FLAW. LOVE YOU. BEGGING IN MICHIGAN!

Caftan Convert
Rachael you have converted yet another one.... The shape is fantastic. I love the sleeves. I love kimonos and always wish I could ware them out, this is the perfect solution.
I love Rachael's eye and the way she cuts things to flatter, all her attention to detail.
After reading the reviews I sized down. I'm 5'6 size 6 and purchased the XS in cream. Can hardly wait for summer to ware this with my brown leather platform sandals.
I took off one star because the material is so sheer, the perfect slip hunt begins... Rach can you please make us slips for your Caftans in a natural fabric- cotton or silk?

Rachel Loves Large Girls Too!!! But size way down!
I have chosen a few Rachel pieces from QVC, and they are among my favorite. I thought large girls (3x+) would like to know that her clothes are not skimpy, and are very flattering for those of my size! As I said, I am a large 3x but the reviews really helped me pick the color I loved - teal - and I took a gamble and ordered a large! Shockingly - it fit! I just am in love with it... So give yourself a thrill and order down and you will be fine.

Love These!
I purchased two of these, one in black, the other in purple. Love them for around the house, on the deck, and on a recent vacation to the beach. People have to keep in mind they are not dresses, they are caftans and so they are very full. I'm a size small so I certainly have nothing to hide but these are great. Very comfortable, very floaty, and very feminine. My 13-year old granddaughter wanted to steal one from me but mine are not her size.

Love, Love, Love This Dress!
I can't imagine not falling in love with this dress. I bought an XL in the Teal and am going to keep it, but also buy whatever color(s) they have in a L since I have recently lost some weight. I think this dress ROCKS. Very glam, sexy and flattering.

Way too much material on this dress
Not sure where someone would wear this dress , way too much material on the arms, it looked like I could take flight in it. I am 5 feet 10 inches and can carry a dress with alot of material, but this is just too much. I also did not like the pattern on the waist, looked cheap. Can also see right through the dress, would need to get a slip for sure! I would not tell anyone to get this dress, it reminded me of the smock that they put on you before they cut your hair at the salon, shapeless!

Definate Hot Pick For Me
When this caftan is worn with a slip, it gives me that Queen of Goodness effect. I think she did a great job.

Ladies.....obviously you are forgetting the caftans of the 70's!! This is exactly what I was looking for; I wanted one back then but could not afford it then. Bought the Teal in a size large and yes I am busty (42C), am 5'7 and the fit is perfect!!! Thank you Rachel for bringing back a classic and where I can afford it! Now to order more!!! :)

Beautiful
This was even prettier in person, is slimming, I ordered the XL and my daughter who is a size 4 tried it on and loved it! She preferred the lg size because the tie was at her waiste instead of an empire waist, and longer since she is 5'8, so I ordered one for her too.
It is comfortable, and elegant.

someone said that if you are like 6 ft tall, it may work, well, let me tell you it DID NOT! i am built like a popsicle stick and i am 6 feet tall and this did absolutely nothing for my figure. i tied the XS belt as tightly as i could, tried it with flats, heels, a super padded bra, tights, bare legs, hair up, hair down, and jewelry..guess what? still yucky. this may work for someone who has curves, but for me, nothing. i love the vintage, bohemian style of clothes and thought this would look good, but nope. had to return. sad face:(

too long, huge
I so wanted to love this. Just tried it on. It drags on the floor. The models must be 6 feet tall to wear this at an appropriate length. Must return as it would be too costly to have altered. :(
