I love this!
I think this cape is great! Perhaps it's a love/hate relationship with this piece judging from all the negative reviews, but I think it's terrific. The belt really pulls in the fabric, and the way it's designed, the back is nice and smooth and more fitted even though it's a cape. I did size down to XXS from my usual QVC size XS, but if they had another color in my regular size I would order it. I bought the yellow one, but would love the red--yellow is still beautiful. Take a chance, you just might love it :-)

What I look like a bat wearing a fleece robe like one terrible no way so sorry. A thinner fabric maybe would be better

pleasantly surprised
The Ups person just left the door.. i opened the box and tried on the cape I was so pleased with the fit (1X) so pleased with the construction of the cape, so pleased with the luxe factor.. hefty well made belt, hidden inside pockets.. would highly recommend.

Miles of Styles
This coat isn't for anyone who is short. However, if you are regular height or tall, it is a stunner. I always get compliments when I wear it. Men actually stop me to make a comment. Ladies: that's always a good thing!

Wanted to Love it
I really wanted to love this. I was completely underwhelmed.
So much fabric and no form at all. I got lost in it. The fabric did not hang well either.
It went right back.

Love It!!
I have NEVER worn this cape without at least 10 people stopping me to comment on how much they love it! It fits like a dream! Several reviews said that it was "just fleece" so I was a little worried that it would not be very warm. I promise you that it is a lot warmer than most of the leather jacket that I have. We had our first freeze of the season last night and when I went out this morning it was still in the low 30's and I was very comfortable. If you are on the fence about this one don't be, it's great. And by the way I have never been compelled to write a review before this purchase!

Incredible Quality!
I was stunned today when the UPS man handed me this big box and it was heavy and I thought - this surely cannot be my cape... Well I opened it and there on a hanger with tissue all underneath and then the plastic on and hanger with tissue all around the hanger was the most beautiful cape I have ever laid my eyes on. The material is amazing. It feels like wool that doesn't itch at all but is not wool. It has lined pockets, the belt is made to perfection, the inside is finished like a $500 cape at least and it fit like a glove. I wore it into show my husband (I bought the Ivory) and he just gasped at the beauty of it and when I told him I got it for $16.00 and change a month for 5 month he could not believe the price of such a quality item. I am so thankful that I found this before they were all out. I was a bit nervous about the Ivory but not am so thankful that is the color I got. It is just amazing. I would not hesitate at getting the yellow either. You will never find quality like this at this price ever again. Don't pass this one up or you will be missing out of a cape of a life time. I must say thank you Rachel Zoe for making such quality items. I will be purchasing a lot more from you now. I can't hardly wait to buy something else of yours. I know I am getting quality and QVC keeps the price resaonable. This was clearance so this was just a buy of the year!

I LOVE THIS CAPE!
Rach, PLEASE, PLEASE, BRING THIS BACK in black and winter white!!! After a year of hemming and hawing on this cape, I ordered one in red. Yes, it does have more fabric - it's a cape!!!! The fabric is a good quality, dense, medium to heavy weight fleece, perfect for cooler weather. It is very well constructed with finished, enclosed seams, and careful straight stitching - a very pleasant surprise. This cape is so stylish that it's going to be a 'go-to' staple in my closet for years. My husband, who is a bit like Rachel's husband Roger, really likes it on me. Obviously, it was one of Rach's favorites, because she was photographed in it often and wore it on an episode of her show. I only wish I hadn't waited so long to buy one, and it would be brilliant if Rachel brought this back in black and winter white. It's a little late, but thanks Rachel, this cape is gorgeous!!!!!

So Sad
First purchase ever on any TV Shopping channel. I was so excited and Love Rachel Zoe. I am 5'9 and slender and thought this would be perfect. It was wayyyyy to much fabric. I don't know how it could look good on anyone. I wasn't wise enough to know I could return it and so it's still hanging in my closet almost a year later in plastic wrap. Have no idea what to do with it. Great idea - to much bulk.

Rachel What Happened?
I was so excited about this cape. I have been looking all over for the perfect one in the perfect shape and color. This one appeared to be the best one ever. Upon arrival I was so impressed by the cut and couldn't wait to try it on. Unfortunately, when removing it from the plastic cover I was immediately disappointed. The cape is done in fleece and thus makes it look like a baby blanket or a robe instead of outerwear. I knew immediately that it was going to be returned but I was so impressed by the color and cut I tried it on anyway. I loved the fit. The fit was perfect, but the material as well as the cape not being lined killed the excitement. I can't believe Racheal did not finish this cape well. If it were lined I would have kept it. But the trim looks just like a cheap baby's blanket. I expected more from Rachel. Had Rachel finished the cape properly I would pay twice as much for it since the design itself is unlike (in a positive way) anything else out there. Sadly, this one is going back.

beautiful cape
The fabric is great, the color was good but it looked horrible on me. Would probably look great on someone slim. I do wish Rachel would use this fabric for a coat; especially the white.
