I waited a long time to get this Crisper Pan! It kept selling out! Now I know why. It bakes bacon to crispy perfection with no shrinking and very little mess. The pan is perfectly engineered to cook evenly. Everything I've made has come out beautifully. The pan and insert wash so easily. I love this pan!

This pan works like a charm. My chicken came out crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. It really lives up to my expectations. Good job!

Do not buy!! The pan buckles when heated in the oven. Defective.

than any regular oven pan. And a lot of the stuff I cook on this sticks....so much for non-stick. Disappointed.

Works well. Maybe space between rack and pan should be a little higher. But happy with purchase. May get another one or give as gift.

I used this pan to cook a large ham at Christmas and was impressed with how easy it was to clean.

This pan only holds 5 or 6 slices of bacon. Ridiculous, because it's touted to be the best bacon cooker. If the flanges along the long sides were eliminated you'd be able to fit one more slice lengthwise or perhaps a whole bunch crosswise, as it would add another inch to the width. The huge handles on the short ends - What's with that? That could give you another 3+ inches of space. The drip pan should be at least an eighth of an inch higher, as the bacon sits in its grease while cooking in the over.

Bought 2 of these, one for my daughter. I used mine to cook bacon, took forever to cook, did not crisp, uncooked on bottom! Pan is not typical Rachael Ray quality. Returned both pans, will continue to pan frt bacon!
