Pans are great but should include a recipe booklet

Thought this pans were the most clever idea...not so much. They gave everything I baked a funny taste and really dried out the edges of the baked items.
I love Rachael, she is amazing but have been very disappointed in her products. These are going back.

The pros: 1) Cooked brownies from a box mix. Results were good, not requiring to be cut into individual servings. Great to take to office.
The cons: 1) The brownies did leave residue in the pans. Had to soak in sink. Divided sink not big enough to immerse whole pan.
2) Pan is not formed from one piece of metal, and individual cups are not sealed to the frame, resulting in water where the seams would be expected to be.
3) Per instructions included with pans, Dishwasher is not recommended. I personally run dishwasher without heated drying, and can wash Crystal, Tupperware etc with no problem. Therefore should be no problem with these pans. After next use, will wash in the dishwasher, and dry in the cooling oven to prevent rust from water left where seams would be expected.
MY OPINION: This is a BETA version, and should be marketed as such.

I haven't tried yet, but am anxious to. I agree though with the previous reviewers. I think some recipes would be helpful. I want to try the frittatas for a Christmas brunch, but have no idea how to do it. I know QVC posts recipes, so why not some for these adorable pans. That would help some of us now, and then include recipes in the future.

Just got them and made walnut brownies...one package made twenty four. Probably cooked too long, but they are nice and crispy. Would be adorable with scoop of ice cream! After cooling, they popped right out and clean up was very easy. Meatloaf topped with mashed potatoes will be next.
Rated 5 out of 5 by RBK2 LIKE CAKES RIGHT OUT OF THE EASY-BAKE OVEN!!!
I couldn't wait to try these mini cake pans! I was wondering how hard it would be to get the little cakes out when they were done baking, but, letting them cool down for 5 minutes or so allows them to firm up and pull away from the pan, and a gentle pry with fork or knife will pop them right out. So for my first attempt (this morning) I tried a brownie box recipe. It made 23 brownies (of 24 pans). I filled each pan halfway. I agree with the previous reviewer, that some instructions and suggested baking times (and some Rachael Ray recipes) would have been helpful because without them, each recipe you try, will be a crapshoot, unless you keep checking them to see when they're done. I baked the brownies at 350° for about 18-19 minutes after checking them 3 or 4 times. All that being said, I HAVE NOT HAD THIS MUCH FUN BAKING IN A LONG TIME. The finished product with the baked edge to the bottom and sides makes this a neat treat, with a crunch, but not a lot of crumbs. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. Ended up buying 3 sets!!! Great for people who like to entertain...
