"Gaia is the name I call my Mother Earth. My love for her grows each day as I become more and more aware of her mind-boggling beauty. I wanted to design a piece that incorporated sterling silver and turquoise in an attempt to convey some of Gaia's different moods. Beautiful and comforting... The deceptively clean and seemingly random placement and size of the stones in this nuanced piece are key to RLM's art ..Like all good turquoise, it feels protective even as today it is as much Gaia as it is us who needs protection. Even though I gave it 5 stars, I do wish QVC/RLM would include information re turquoise sourcing: where it is from and what kind of turquoise it is: this looks like a mix of a few kinds of turquoise. It works. But I still would like to see that information included in its description. 07-30-12

Pretty - But I am not convinced! I do think this piece is pretty, but despite it all it just doesn't have the wow factor of the ring. It isn't about the quality, because that is clearly there, it is just missing something. I have many of Robert's peices and I adore his work, this one just wasn't a home run for me. 05-15-12

MUSEUM QUALITY COLLECTION This is an absolutley stunning piece and I love the way it looks on me. The necklace has received unending compliments from envious admirers. The freeform nuggets of turquoise are large and rich in color and perfectly accented by the smoky quarts and high polished sliver. Ladies you will NEVER FIND a piece anywhere of this quality, creativity, or design. I appreciate Robert making this Gaia collection available to us. 05-06-12

I'm sorry It is pretty, but not $315.00 dollars worth to me. I will send it back hoping someone else loves it. I'm not disappointed though. I have several pieces of RLM, and love them all. I am sure this will not be the last piece I buy. I did get the matching ring, and it is a knock-out. Can't wait for the next new pieces Robert. 05-04-12

Not quite there.... ....I ordered this before Robert's show, assuming it would be popular, and I guess I was right because there doesn't seem to have been any presentation. I own more than fifty RLM jewelry pieces and this is one of few that have been returned. Globs of turquoise on snake chains gives the item weight but not much else......it just didn't impress me.....sorry. 05-02-12
