Rated 1 out of 5 by from Expensive in the long run If you want to take the pad off to shower or if the pads get dry then the electric pads need replaced. If you let the pad dry out it delivers a painful shock that you scramble to remove the device quickly. I think the concept is good, but the cost to keep up the safe delivery of the pain relieving current should be made more affordable. Realistically the pads last 2-3 days then the painful zaps of energy occur. I stopped wearing mine for that reason. It was an expensive lesson.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not for me I used this for a month and receives no relief from a SI joint pain. It did not seem to affect it at all and I used it religiously and follow the directions but I think my pain was not a pain that could be managed by this device. I think the manufacturer should describe the kind of pains that were tested in the testing group in order for customers to identify whether or not this would be appropriate for them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic I have been using this for about 6 weeks. I wore it 24/7 the first month and now I don't sleep with it. It has made so much difference in my pain levels. I still take the meds I need for arthritis and the combo is really working for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great for me I was skeptical when I saw this- but I figured with QVC 60 day return policy I would try it. I have been using for one month. I suffer from arthritis pain for bone on bone arthritis on both knees and occasionally lower back pain. The second day I use it I had no pain in either knee. I wish I had found this years earlier. I even noticed that it helped my pain from oral surgery and a bad burn on my finger. I am recommending it to everyone suffering from pain- it is worth a try. The electrodes are expensive- but I don't need narcotics to deal with my pain- it is worth it. I do use for driving- but I turn down the intensity using the app or turn it off depending on how far I am going. I have also tried using it on the other leg when driving. I CAN"T RECOMMEND IT MORE HIGHLY!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Chronic Pain Reliever I’ve suffered from neck and shoulder pain for over 15 years, from a car accident. The injury was also affecting my hip on the same side. Sleeping in constant pain has been my life for years :(. Finally with Quell I have not needed any prescription drugs for the pain. After the first hour of treatment I noticed a difference, and so far it’s only been 6 days but no previous massage, or physical therapy has helped better than Quell! I’ve also been sleeping a lot better, I wear it through the night only and the effects continue throughout the day. Definitely worth trying!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Thumbs down I have a herniated disc in my neck & lower back. Ive tried steroid injections, cupping, accupuncture. This is an overpriced tens unit. I have seen no relief and am not willing to jeopardize the return window to give it more time. It could just be my high tolerance for pain but this was ineffective for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Chronic pain sufferer I bought this for fibromyalgiia pain. I'm 73 and have spinal stenosis and oestioarthritis also. I've only been using for two weeks and it seems to be working. Not sure it's working or if it's psychological but will check in with final report in a couple of months. Would recommend checking with doctor before using. Have used tens units before, but this is much easier.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from PAIN I gave it four stars because I think it helps with the pain while wearing the device.I wore it for one day/ four hours. I have nerve pain and my pain after wearing it was worse than ever. I dont know if it over stimulated the nerves, but I wasn't about to wear it again to find out. We are all different when it comes to pain. I can see how this could work for some but it wasn't for me. I had the same effects from using a TENS unit. I already sent it back. I would however recommend TRYING it and if its not for you, send it back. It was worth the try for me.
