I only wear quackery pants and needed a winter pant so I chose these in two colors. I will only keep one pair. This is the first pair of qf pants I've received where the short needed to be a bit longer. They are fine with boots but a bit short for shoe. The back of the pant also fit me is a little low. In not for this I would have kept both. Might reorder I the regular length

I ordered this pant twice. The first time in a short 1X. Over the day as I wore them, they stretched out more and more. I really love the material and the way they feel. So I re-ordered again, this time in an XL short. When I put the XL on today, it is bigger than the 1X!!!Not sure if mis sized or what? I am giving the XL to my sister. Over all I have to say I cannot recommend these pants because of the size and fit issues.

These pants are so comfortable. This is my second pair. After getting a pair in black I knew had to go back and get another pair, this time in navy. The fit is true to size.

Not what I expected ... in a GOOD way!
I thought these would be that flimsy rib knit cord that has no body and is just limp. It is not pj-like at all! Such a flattering cut! These hang straight down on me in my preferred size. They do not "cup" under the derrière.
I could see wearing these for many holiday occasions because they might be considered dressy-casual.
Since I love Quacker Factory Dream Jeannes' fit, I decided to try these. Wish I had ordered them earlier in the fall because they would have been perfect for a reunion we attended recently. Black jeans sufficed, but they did not seem to be as polished as these.
If you are wearing these pants to an "event" one would have to look really closely to see that these are actually more of a slightly stretchy knit.
The little silver brads at the pockets are nicely understated!
The waist of these is much too loose, but I love the fit in the legs. I'm going to keep these and adjust the elastic in the waistband. These are a size 1X. I like my slacks not to cling. For a closer fit One could wear a L instead.

I so wanted these to fit. Very wide at the ankles and overall very large. Does not look like the picture. Size short is still too long for petites. I am 5'2" and these pants dragged the floor at the heel. The material is very soft but corduroy should be fitted all the way down since, for a lot of us, it makes the wearer look larger. very disappointed. Back they go. I have always loved Quacker Factory but have no luck with the fit of their pants. Recommend you size down for these pants.

It is a nice change from jeans. I'm 5'2'' and the length is okay. Most of the short are too long on me. I'm in my seventy's and don't wear heels anymore to have that option of wearing pants a little longer. I bought the velour pants set in short but they were too long! Had to pay shipping to return them. I wish the short were the same length. One of the dream jeans with the notched ankle were 26''. They were the perfect fit for me! I bought them in 2 colors! Brown in these would be great!!!!

This is a nice pant, feels great, well made but WAAAY. ...too short ! I am 5' 4" and fitted at my natural waist they are at almost at " half mast". I am afraid of any shrinkage where they would then be capris. I agree with another reviewer who said they need to be at least an inch longer, when there only two length choices are available. I bought two pairs, and as I really love the pant, I will exchange, and I will only hope the average length will be ok.

Finally received the Short Medium in Navy, after I declared them lost in the mail and they are sending a replacement.
I have to say they feel very nice, soft, good fit, but the length ! this are crop pants!. 27 1/2 inches! or shorter. They are going back, might get the regular and fix them.
Why can the requirement for short be a standard 28 or 28 1/2? all the pants, petite or short, have different length.
