How do I download the QVC for iPad™ app?
The QVC for iPad app is free of charge and can be downloaded via the iTunes App Store (requires iTunes account). It's available anytime, anywhere, and is compatible with iPhone OS version 3.2 or later. If you'd like to order an item using the Speed Buy® option, please be sure to have your QVC Customer Number or email address and PIN handy. Or you can tap the Call to Order button to speak with a Customer Service Representative.
Is there a charge for the application?
The QVC for iPad app is free; however, carrier data plan rates apply. Please contact your data carrier for more information.
Do I need to be a QVC customer to use QVC for iPad?
No, anyone can download the application. Existing customers can Speed Buy an item simply by entering their account information.Or you can create an account right through the app – all without calling. Additionally, anyone can tap the Call to Order button to easily order over the phone.
Does playing QVC's live video stream use a lot of data?
Yes. Watching the live video stream may significantly increase the amount of your device's data usage and may incur additional fees. Contact your data carrier for more information.

What kind of personal information is stored within the application?
QVC customers can store their Customer Number or email address to make future Speed Buy purchases faster and easier. The app will remember you until you sign out. However, every time you use Speed Buy, you'll need to authenticate each purchase. No other personal information is stored on the device.
Any personal information on an iPad can also be protected with a passcode. Consult your product manual on how to do so.
How can I check for application updates?
You can check in the iTunes App Store on your home computer or mobile device.
How is my Speed Buy order placed?
With Speed Buy, your order will automatically be billed to your QCard®. If you don't have a QCard, we'll charge your Bill Me Later® account or, if you're not signed up for that option, the last credit card you used.
If the item is available on Easy Pay, that offer will automatically be applied.
Your order will ship to your previously provided Bill-to Address and/or permanent Ship-to Address, using the default shipping method.
What if I don't have a QVC account?
New customers can also create an account directly from the app — no phone call required.
Mobile apps and text ordering use Speed Buy® to place orders. The Multiple-quantity Shipping and Handling Discount can be applied through mobile if you order more than one of the exact same item (identical color, size, or other choices) and have it shipped to the same address. If you want to order the same item with different colors, sizes, or choices, and take advantage of the Multiple-quantity Shipping and Handling Discount, you will need to use standard checkout on QVC.com, order through QVC's automated telephone services, or call a Customer Service representative to place your order.
How do I edit or cancel previously placed orders?

What is Waitlist and how does it work?
The Waitlist option is offered when QVC has a reasonable expectation that the item will return to stock within 45 days. Although placing an order on our Waitlist is not a guarantee that stock will be received, it is a good way of reserving an item if it does come into stock. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified within 45 days.
Auto-Delivery is a convenient and risk-free program that allows you to enjoy the benefit of receiving your favorite QVC products, at the original order price, on an automatic shipping schedule that meets your individual needs. QVC products that are available on Auto-Delivery are clearly identified and can be easily ordered. After you place your order, you can conveniently customize or manage your Auto-Delivery plan(s) online by visiting www.qvc.com or by calling a representative at 1800-600-1135. There's no obligation to remain in the program and you may cancel at any time.
I'm having problems loading the application. What do I do?
If you've determined that your device is compatible and the application still doesn't load properly, you can attempt to uninstall and then reinstall it.
