Great Toy
M son loves his track and cars and mom and dad love it to we all get on the floor and play together. I advise purchasing 2 sets and hiding the extra cars because with all the use it gets the cars will inevitably need replacing and besides extra track is extra fun.

waste of money
One of the cars on the first set broke, so I returned it. They sent a second set and I cannot get the batteries in either of the cars - used every screwdriver I had to open the battery case and none would work. It's also very hard to put the trax together in a way that the cars stay on. Wish I had not bought this item.

excellent product which I had purchased for gradnd sons 5 AND 7 YRS OLD. THEY'RE HAVING LOTS OF FUN WITH THE ITEM. I JUST WISH THER WAS MORE TRACK AVAILABLE FOR WHICH EVER ITEM WAS CHOSEN. i PICKED THE CARS WITH 2 CARS AND MOUNTAIN PUZZLE PIECES. SUPER EASY ASSEMBLY.

Grandchildren (5 and 8yrs.) enjoyed
Big hit at Christmas. You put the track together however you want it. That's the idea of a puzzle! You just have to make sure the groove that the cars run on are all connected and not facing the outside to prevent it from coming off the track. Pretty simple.

Cute Toy but...
I wish the track pieces were numbered on the back to show the order to put it together, because if it is not put together just right the little cars fall off when they reach a certain point. Also the batteries are quite frankly a bit of a pain to change. They need changing often and you'd better have a tiny Phillips screwdriver handy.

Wonderful purchase
Purchased for our great granddaughter for Christmas. Was the first thing she was interested in. She is 2 l/2, loved playing with it with her Boo Ba (grt grandpa). Loves it more each time she is here at our house, which is once a week as we babysit her then. Keep up the good work

Well I am going to give it a second try
Was a big hit on Christmas eve everyone loved it we have "irish twins" a 2 yr old and his sister who is 3 so I thought they would enjoy. And they did -- I do agree that you need to put the puzzle together according to directions otherwise the the schoolbus and firetruck are helter shelter -- think that is how the school bus lost its little disk on bottom so now it goes off track I will return and see what the new set brings -- they loved it and so did moms dads and grandparents

Confusing Toy and Directions
Information on the box and on its enclosed direction sheet are inaccurate and misleading. The puzzle, box and instruction sheet we received are from batch #090912. The statement that "There is no wrong way to assemble." is false unless you don't mind vehicles running off the track. Assembly caused a great deal of frustration for Grandmom, 3 and 6 year old. On 2 occasions Grandpa was able to reroute/rebuild track so bus and truck wouldn't run off the track. Finally one time when Grandpa wasn't available to rebuild the track I numbered the17 pieces in the upper left corner matching them to the picture on the box. At least that way we have one way to set it up and have it work. But the sheet enclosed showed 5 pieces which they said would cause the vehicle to run off the track if used in the perimeter unless a 'corrector piece was used." Wrong again! Four of those 5 pieces are actually used on the perimeter in the picture on the box and work perfectly there and do not need corrector pieces. In fact on the instruction sheet, the connector piece is not even put in a location which has the track leading to it.
Perhaps all the reviews are correct because different batches were made differently. I can see where an older child might enjoy the challenge and be able to keep switching pieces around like Grandpa did until it works in different layouts. I think the QVC quality team needed to try out a number of different examples and maybe they would have discovered the inaccurate statements on box and direction sheet.

Puzzle tray
Really cute toy and the kids liked it, but after about 15 min. The headlight in the car went out. Very disappointed.

Great For 3 Year Old Boys!
I bought this for my 3 year old twin boys. It works exactly as shown on TV. Very impressive! I think my husband and I had more fun with it than our toddlers did!! HIGHLY recommend this one!

My two-year-old grandson loved this. It was his favorite present. He even sleeps with it. Two thumbs up!

Family Fun!
We gave this to our 3 year old grand-daughter for Christmas. She is having so much fun, but so is her dad and 17 month old brother. Great toy. Thanks for something the family can play with together.
