Pursonic Rechargeable Sonic Toothbrush & 12 Heads
Does not work
I hate to write a bad review for something but its the truth. The toothbrush did not clean my teeth at all. It tickled and I gave it a few times to see if it would start working and it never did.
Dead pursonic 500
Revived it as gift in December 2014 and it stopped working in January 2015 will not charge any more.
Stop! Don't Buy This
Quit charging after one year! Never again! No problems for the first 11 months.
you get what you pay for!
Owned this Purisonic toothbrush for just ten months and it won't charge. My husband has had an OralB for more than 5 years and it is still going strong. Although the Purisonic is under warranty, I will throw out rather than return. No sense in getting another bad ttiothbrush.
This is great. Affordable, easy to use and clean. I have noticed less tartar on my teeth since I started using this brush. If I had to find a flaw, when the charge dies, the brush dies, even mid cycle while brushing! Back on the charger though and it's good as new.
Great and then not great
Worked great for 6 months and then just stopped! Very disappointed!
I have had this toothbrush for a year and a half and I still love it! My dental hygienist has noticed a difference when cleaning my teeth, the cleaning time is much shorter, and the receding gumline problem I was starting to experience from brushing too hard with a manual brush has improved. I am almost out of brushes, so my concern now is whether or not replacement brushes are available.
This product worked great for two months then stopped taking a charge.
I would recommend sticking with Oral b or any of the other mainstream brands (my oral b is 5 years old is still working and was replaced by the Pursonic and is back in use).
Another Pursonic Disappointment!
This is my second Pursonic purchase within a 2-year period. First one stopped charging/working. Purchased the second one in January 2014, it's already not charging and brush head is stuck and can't be removed. I'm left with multiple unused brush heads.....complete waste of money.
Gave this as a gift, the recipient loved the concept and feel of the toothbrush, but it's being returned because of the chunky stand/charger it sits on. Why is it necessary to have this chunky stand to hold extra brush heads? They can be stored elsewhere. Found another brand with a small charger that looks much better on the bathroom counter. Shame, because this seemed like a good product and good value, but they didn't like the stand/charger.
Stopped working after 10 months. Called Pursonic since it is still under warranty.
I was greeted with a simple "Hello" instead of something more professional....I thought I dialed the wrong number.
The person I spoke with sounded so bored, gave no apologies and simply said to send it to their address with a copy of the invoice and a $10 check for shipping. Not fair that the customer has to pay to send it back AND to receive a replacement that may not last.
I won't bother. I will put that $10 towards the BETTER brand I should have gone with in the first place.
brushes need to be bigger
these are fine one thing the brushes are not very big
i use the spin brush and they are smaller
