Worked fine the first 11 months. Now it won't charge. Even sent it back to Pursonic who stated they would repair or replace. The only thing they did was ship the same unit. No explanation, NOTHING!!!!! and of course it's past the time to return it to QVC. Money down the drain !!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I had purchased this. I would have given this toothbrush 5 stars yesterday, but today it is worthless. I am so upset. It won't hold a charge. I used it this morning and it was fine, now nothing.
The blue lights work, but the charging light won't come on. Money is tight these days and I spent the money hoping to keep dental bills down. I am having the same issues as all the other one star reviews are describing. QVC should do its customers a favor and stop selling this item.

This item worked well in the beginning and held a charge. It came with several replacement brushes. I am the only person to use this so I figure the brushes would last me forever. The big issue is after 8 months of one person using this toothbrush, it started not holding a charge as long and shortly thereafter, doesn't hold the charge or work at all. All 3 blue lights on illuminated on the brush after charging but the on/off button doesn't work to turn it on.
The toothbrush is now useless! no battery to replace so unfortunately, now im stuck with a toothbrush that doesn't work a but plethora of brush replacements.
Big waste of money. Did not even last a year with one person using it!

My struggles with oral hygiene satisfaction ended when I got this. I gifted one to a friend and he loves it as much as I do. My dentals visits are way much better.

This product is not even 2 years old and all you do is plug it in to recharge and het now it does not work at all even though it reads fully charged

Had this toothbrush less than 6 months and it stopped working. To return it I have to pay shipping to send it to them and enclose a $10 money order for them to send it back to me.

This stopped working 33 days after purchase could not reach manufacturer for warranty return and repair. Kept getting voice mail requesting extension number. Left 22 messages in voice mail. Stuck paying for a worthless piece of plastic. Never had this problem with anything from the Q before. Really disappointed. Save your money and grief. Dont buy this one.

This product worked great for almost a year, and then simply died. It no longer holds a charge or even turns on. Seems to be a common problem, and I wish I had read other reviews before purchasing.

I have had it for a while, loved it. It started to buzz on it's own a few days ago, wouldn't stop until it was plugged in, then it wouldn't charge or work. I have several brushed that I haven't used. Like some of the other reviews, it sounds like a common problem. It's way past return time, looks like there in nothing to do about it.

I purchased this a while ago, thinking that it was a Sonicare system. It doesn't compare.....and the refills are unstable. I don't use it much....I should have returned it, but it's hard for me to get out.

I thought I was buying a great item until 2 weeks ago.. slowing the charging wouldn't take and finally it stopped. I didn't have mine a year, very disappointed..

I have had this toothbrush for just over a year. It recently quit working. I am the only person who used it, so it was not over-used at all. I really liked it. Very disappointed with this product!
