Worst purchase I ever made!
I bought this for my son at Christmas. He finally told me that it only worked for about four weeks and then would not come on. I had him bring it over last month and I tried to reset it but it would do nothing. There is no volume button to push to help reset it, only a pin hole to use a paperclip to reset. Turning the volume on and holding it down for 15 seconds does not work either. Company should fix this in the first year no matter the cost. They should not sell defective products to begin with. Don't buy it! I would like to give it a -5 for my aggrivation!
The first tablet returned because the appeared to over heat and no longer work. We received another one from QVC and that tablet lasted two weeks before it no longer worked. QVC needs to stop offering this tablet.
Better than expected!
No issues at all. It gets the job done! It is way better than I expected.
I am 2 payments into my 6 easy payments on this tablet and it no longer works!! I didn't expect a high-end product for the price, but it would've been nice if it worked at least until it was paid for!! :(
Do Not Buy
I got this for my grand kids for Christmas, few days later one was dead. Then by the middle of January the other was dead. Got replacements from QVC and now they are both dead...I do not blame QVC, just the brand. Not worth a star rating!
I bought two of these for Christmas gifts and had to send one back, now the other one doesn't work. What a disappointment. If it weren't too late I would get my money back.
QVC should've tested this product.
worst tablet on the market
Worked awesome for about 3 weeks then sent it to Proscan which turned out to be an outsourced repair facility in Illinois, and had to pay a $7.00 insurance fee for them to return MY unit back to me.
After a month I had to call and inquire where my tablet was and 3 days later received a completly different and re-conditioned ( after purchasing a new unit ) and it crashed within 4 days. Returned it to QVC and am awaiting a refund for this unit and also squaretrade refund, no fault of QVC just a bad product in general , maybe their purchasing team should rethink this unit...... not to QVC standards
I bought this for a gift, three months later it stopped working. Very disappointed with this tablet, don't waste your money.
Worst purchase ever
I am very disappointed with this tablet. It doesn't pick up wi-fi very good. That being said, i don't get much use out of this tablet. I would not recommend purchasing this product.
Got two these for grand kids for Christmas. One broke the day after QVC warranty. I sent it back to manufacturer on Feb. 6. Today is April 15 and still NO tablet. When I called to check they said 6 to 10 BUSINESS WEEKS. Now my grandson's tablet will not turn on past the android screen. I called QVC and they are going to replace it, Thank you! I just hope they DROP this company after selling such a poor product. This is my first complaint after ordering from QVC for over 10 years. After reading reviews, cannot understand the average rating. Almost everyone says POOR product.
worked only 3 months
I am very disappointed in this tablet. I really liked it till it just stopped working.
This item says it has a limited 90 day warrenty . How wonderful as it has only been 4 months and now it has shut down and will not work. I didn't expect it to last forever but more than 4 months would l\have been nice.;
