Prop and Peller (16) 5.65 oz. Bavarian Apple Strudel Auto-Delivery is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 88.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Deliciously Crisp & Dense There are layers and layers of amazingly thin slices of apple that are not overly sweet. The slices are large and heavy. The outer crust becomes crispy after being baked. They are delicious for breakfast or as a snack or dessert. We are happy we choose auto-delivery. YUM!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Mushy and tasteless Reviews were not great but I decided, AFTER SEVERAL AIRINGS, to give them a try because the host mentioned that these were customer "best new food".They have a few variables in the directions; 350-390 degrees and 12-15 minutes IF thawed; thaw anywhere from 30 minutes to all night. I thawed first batch an hour and cooked 375 for 15minutes. They were hot but mushy and had apple seeds that you notice right away. Not really sweet or flaky- not tasteful in any way. If you make them you need to eat right away-and they still weren't good. If you try to warm them up even after an hour they will be more dried out and apples even mushier- Can not recommend these-sorry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome I really enjoyed the plain Bavarian pretzels from Prop and Peller and thought I would give a try. Was I ever amazed. The thaw time varies understandably and so will the cooking time. Keep an eye on it. Served this and a friend immediately liked it - looked it up to buy ... Serving size is large - calories only 239 for the entire piece - well worth it for dieting on calories.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from horrible Very disappointed. Flavor is good but pastry dough after baking as recommended has the consistency of cardboard. Totally a waste of money. I'm glad I decided to taste them before serving for Easter. Maybe I don't know what Bavarian pastry should be like, but I didn't think it would be hard, thin and tasteless. P.S/ It definitely states it was made in the USA

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious And authentic I grew up with a German grandmother (OMA) and she would make us Apple strudels Claudias strudels are very similar with the very thinly sliced apples and cinnamon layers they are so delicious The key is to thaw them thoroughly either overnight in the fridge or on the counter for three hours before you bake them to get the crust crispy. I baked mine at 400° for 35 minutes and they were wonderful I would order these again

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Good Strudel Very disappointing. Baked according to directions, strudel is very doughy and apples were like mush. I had seeds and hulls In some of the apples and the crust becomes soft if not eaten right away. This is not good strudel. Don’t waste your $$.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not What I Expected I was Very Disappointed, I’ve had Authentic Studel this wasn’t even close. Very mussy and no substance, The apple taste was there that’s about the only good thing I could say about it. On the high note QVC did refund my money.
