Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Little Photo Printer! My 16 year old niece loved this at Christmas! She can now print her favorite photos on her phone. 12-31-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very pleased Arrived quickly and packed well. Trying this as a replacement for an old Canon CP-200 that finally gave out. I am very pleased with this item. Did a little tweaking with the color, and the print outs are wonderful. Download the HiTi P310W driver for Win7x64 to connect via USB to my PC. The print speed is faster than the old Canon. Paper & ribbons are much cheaper as well. My mom now loves me again as she can hold and look at pictures of her grand babies (as most grandmothers are, they may not be too keen on viewing phone or tablet screens... they want a 4 x 6 paper in their hands). Three color thermal transfer with a clear coating. The print outs are just as durable as the ones you used to get from the 1 hour photo lab years ago. An extra paper and ribbon are included for 120 prints "out of the box." 12-09-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Thank You QVC QVC I have to thank you for The easy pay my budget is limited so I am so grateful that you have the easy pay. That helps me pay for the items I need. About the prinhome its not easy to set up at first. Because I tried to set it up on my iPhone I never could get it to work. I did get it to work on my iPad. It's a wonderful machine the pictures are great. My daughter wants one so I will be ordering another one. Thank you again QVC you make purchases very affordable I cannot thank you enough. PS I ordered the refills today for that machine. 09-29-16

Rated 4 out of 5 by Good idea but disappointed a little Within my first ten pics the ribbon broke and paper jammed - so I was disappointed because I wasted money on ribbon - good thing I bought more. But when it did work it was exciting and cool and pics came out beautiful 09-04-16

Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful no-mess photos but tricky set-up I would totally give this printer five stars for the photos it produces. I love the no-muss, no-fuss of the ink cartridge and the 100% paper-to-ink ratio, as well as NOT having the ink nozzle clogging as with inkjet printers. LOAD THE SOFTWARE, either iOS or Android apps, or to your PC by enclosed cable (I have not tried the latter). There is a web page in the instructions for current drivers. I had no trouble with the unboxing and the physical set-up. Plug it in. Turn it on. Press the button on the side to open the ink cartridge door. Make sure you don't touch the film or twist it. The cartridge inserts with the rounded parts facing up and the arrows pointing left. On the right hand side of the cartridge there is a small plastic tab sticking up. Hold the cartridge by this tab when inserting. Close the lid. If the green light is on and solid you did it right. With a fingernail, open the paper cassette drawer in the front. Slide the paper holder in gently until it clicks. It doesn't go in very far. As far as the package of paper, it has a slight natural curl up at the corners. Try storing it to reverse this if possible. No matter what the specs say and no matter what the video days, put in no more than 10 SHEETS at a time. I've been using 1-3 because of the top left edge slight upcurl. You want to be sure the paper feeds correctly - if it doesn't it could make trouble inside with the ink ribbon. You print and edit through the app. In using SD cards, you also use the app. With the machine turned on and your device turned on (phone, iPad, etc), the app open and wifi turned on, in your device's drop-down menu choose "prinhome". In a few seconds to a minute (usually less than 20 sec) you will see device recognized, connected, etc. on the app screen. NOTE that you are NOT dual-connected while printing - you aren't able to connect to your "regular" wifi while data is going back and forth and printing is taking place. As to the software itself, it cam be confusing, mostly because it doesn't go "deep" enough with in some cases no explanation. I definitely did trial and error. On day one, a feature didn't work. On day two, after installing on a second device & that worked I went back to device one and it also worked, so - the error was me. To date I have rapid printed (no editing), have printed with edits, and have printed from an SD card with and without edits. It's not all that intuitive, and can be frustrating, which is why the 4 stars. You can indeed keep ptinting photos without ising their cloud service. I signed up with it but am not using it and I have no problems. GREAT photos. Frustrating software. Takes some effort but the results are worth it. 08-20-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Get This! But have a Youngster set it up! After reading the negative reviews on this I figured I would order it anyway! I just made sure my daughter (early 20's) came by when I was ready to set it up. She actually was here when UPS dropped it off. We took it out of the box and she had it set up in 3 minutes flat! She started printing pictures immediately off of her phone and some from Facebook and the pictures are Beautiful!! To me it would have been difficult to understand the directions...but to these kids who have grown up with this technical stuff it's a piece of cake. Just know that if you get this printer and can't get it to set up-you really do need a young person to do it for you. Once it is set up you can print when you want. There is an app that you download on your phone. I am ordering more for Christmas presents because the pictures are just that vibrant and perfect!! 08-17-16
