Rated 1 out of 5 by Marge Runs really small
According to the size table, I should fit right in the middle of a L. Just to be safe, I bought an XL. I could barely get them over my heel. I understand compression socks are meant to be tight - I've worn them before. But these ran so small and are so tight, I can't believe they are considered Light Compression. They also are not as long as stated. They did not come all the way up to my knee - no matter how much I tugged and pulled, I could not get them any higher than about 2" below my knee. I wore them around for about 15 minutes and then had to take them off they hurt my upper calf (where the wide band hit). There was a HUGE dent in my calf from the band and another huge dent in my ankle/heel area where the sewn in heal of the sock was pulling so tight across the top of my ankle/foot area that it was cutting into my skin. I only have slight swelling from standing on my feet all day and thought these would be Light but helpful. But they are not either. Unless you are a Small or Medium and can go up 2 or 3 sizes, don't waste your time or money.
