Wish I could buy another one! Wonderful workmanship.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Pitcher This product does not hold up
I used my pitcher for the first time on Christmas Eve. I washed it by hand as we do NOT have a dishwasher. There were no issues at this time. then we filled it with water to pore everyone a glass of water and had it sitting on the table in case anyone wanted more. After dinner it was washed again. This time however the red paint around the bottom started to slide off as it was being washed. I would post a picture with it but I don't think I can post one on here.
I have been using Pfaltzgraff products for years and have never really had any issues, but I was very upset that this happened. I would have returned it but we had already gotten rid of the packaging.

Pretty pitcher for serving tea or water, etc. Looks lovely with the dinnerware. Unlike the goblets, the pitcher seems more durable and should last for many years.

looks nice, but red comes off even when hand washing. It would be nice if they could get the red on piece so it could be dish washed.
Rated 1 out of 5 by DMC54 Not a good design
I have had two pitchers now and both have cracked at the handle and all the way up. It's not a good design as the handle is too heavy for the pitcher.

Before Christmas we had dinner at friend's and they had this beautiful pitcher so when I saw it on sale at Pfaltzgraff I decided to add it to my set. The red on the bottom and handle is a vibrant color and the etching, as with all the Winterberry glass pieces, is very pretty. Unfortunately, my pitcher has flaws; I'm waiting for a response from Pfaltzgraff.

I removed this item straight from the box into the dish pan to hand wash. The red coloring was easily removed. The berries and leaves also simply vanished during a very gentle hand wash. The same problem on "glass" dessert bowls and drinking glasses. Never had the chance to use it.
