Could not get this thing to connect to my wireless to save my life. I gave up and sent it back.

Great Ereader
I purchased several ereaders and this Pandigital is by far the best of the bunch. I take it with me everywhere and the ease of use is amazing. I recently dropped and broke my stylus and wrote to Pandigtal about replacement. Several days later, I received package from Pandigital and there was another stylus. I was so shocked that without my knowing it they would replace it without charge. I love this product and would recommend it to all of my family and friends.

Slow and difficult to work
This is a nice looking unit. A little larger than I expected. I had a difficult time getting hooked up to internet. Besides it was so slow. I returned this and will purchase a Kindle or Nook.

four star - good purchase
I bought the Pandigital eReader for my grandson for Christmas. He does love it becuase it is more than just an ereader, he can access the internet, facebbook and all those things that young people love. The SD card that came with the unit was defective and I have been trying to get a new one from Pandigital for over a month. Not to happy with the customer service. He can use the unit without it, but I think they should provide better service.

A Little Large for On the Go
The Reader worked fine along with the other apps, sometimes it was difficult to get the pages to change. Overall though it was good, My problem was the size. I need something for on the go and this is too large.

Dropped by partner
I also downloaded e-magazines from B&N based on Pandigitals advertisement. But, I was told by B&N rep. that their e-magazines are for their product ONLY. I spoke with Pandigital rep. to ask for alternatives. Their only solution is to hunt and peek through the e-magazines to determine which ones will work. When you mention Pandigital to B&N, they act like they never heard of it. As one other comment suggests, I did not buy this to be on the phone, especially when each call comes with no less than a 20 minute wait before speaking to anyone. You can buy/download material from another well known online distributor, but those products are also proprietary.

Slow reader
This product works too slowly when reading. It takes forever to turn pages or scroll through reading material. Sorry to say the Nook is much faster. I returned this and bought a Nook.

Just Love It
I bought this for Christmas. I must say that I was very nervous because of the difficultly that a lot of people were having getting this product up and running. I decided to take info from the different people that had success and also read ALL the directions before I started. I took a big breath and jumped in. I absoluttely LOVE this e-reader. It has been attached to me since Christmas morning.

Would freeze, and had trouble loading books
I couldn't get a simple ebook to download. I purchased two ebooks, and wasted the money. This unit froze up the first day I got it. It is a beautiful eReader, but it comes with no books on it. I would prefer one that comes preloaded with several books and the Bible. I had to send it back.

Does not work as advertised
On air, on the box, and in the manual it says, "download MAGAZINES from Barnes & Noble website." NOT TRUE! After a call to B & N they told me they do not have magazines for Pandigial. They had so many calls from owners of Pandigial that they finally put a "disclaimer" on the site that came up when I signed in.
I also tried to download books. This unit would not download by itself from B & N on my home Wi-F. I can get on the site with Wi-F. On the phone again to B & N and they told me I had to download to my PC first then to Pandigial. Next, would not allow me to open up a book on Pandigial. Gave me a message to call B & N. On the phone again... B & N told me to I had to download again using PC, transfer to Pandigial, then shut Pandigial down. Start Pandigial up again; then was able to open up the book!
If you have time to spend making calls and never want to read a magazine then you may want to consider. But for me it is not worth the time or money

Defective......, But Still will Q
Love the look and the size, but it would not boot up , call the helpdesk for Pandigital they are the worst to bad because my friend wanted it to work .....avid reader so sad..... may tried again, Pandigital 1 star ...but QVC 5 star all the way

The Best
I have this ereader and it's the best!I have downloaded several books,as well as android apps and email and all works great!Found very easy to use and no problems with this ereader.
I would recommend it to anyone whose is looking for a great ereader that can do so much more.Very easy to use,nice size for shopping online,reading and sending email,etc.
And the battery seems to last a long time,even when your online.
