Panasonic Cordless Answering System with One Handset is rated 3.3 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely Hard To Understand I wish these electronic companies would consider that not everyone is technology savvy, especially the elderly. This phone does have an instruction manuel, but it might as well be written in martian. No phone number to call and speak to a person, instead an email address they call support/help that leads you to buy their products. I waste of $100.00 and still no phone. It went into the garbage can.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hard To Hear Out of Headset. This phone is not that easy to set up. The answering machine base is fine. You can use it to make calls or screen calls. However, when you use the headset it is hard to hear the person calling you. The volume will go up four bars and I still could not hear out of it. Everything sounded really low. I had to turn the speakerphone on which is on the headset. I used the phone for a week and finally asked a family member to come over to see if he could hear from the headset. He tried, even turned off noise reduction, the volume was really low for him also. Therefore, I cannot use this phone and am returning it for a refund. It is a shame, because otherwise it would be a great phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NO MUTE This phone is pretty expensive not to have a mute button. I needed the mute button more than I needed the speaker button. Loved the phone but have to return it.
