Finally a countertop oven I like. It works just like described except I do find it bakes everything a little faster. That's ok if I'm watching it doesn't burn. lol..I really like the French doors opening at the same time as well.

Larger than I thought it would be. Wish the cord was a bit longer. Four stars because of the cord.

I currently have a oster counter convection oven and love it. I can not wait to get this larger one. Worth ever penny. You will never use your regular oven again. They take to long to heat up and also make your home hot as well. I recommend this product to everyone. Love it........

I have had convection ovens all of my adult life and did not think my last one, (from QVC), could be beat but wanted to try the Oster XL as it was larger than the one I had. Not only was the size great, it cooks much better than my previous one which I thought was perfect. The test for me was several days ago when I cooked a pound cake that turned out beautifully. I sent my older convection oven to my sister as lightening went through her power lines and destroyed hers. For me, this is an excellent product!

I have had many "toaster/counter " ovens in my life. Breville, Quisinart, just to mention a few. We are 2 in our home, and almost never use our regular gas oven. takes way too long to heat up, space not neccessary. Yes my current Quisinart toaster oven is fine, but I am a year into swapping out broken, cracked "Temptations" bake ware for upscale Le Creuset bake and cook ware. They are quite heavy and oversized and barely fit in my Quisinart oven. I was intrigued by this demo on the Q last week, mostly for the capacity. It arrived this week, and yes all my Le Cruest fit, and the oven works perfectly. It is quiet, and very even heat distribution I must say. Watching my peach cobbler bubble away in this oven (there is a light that stays on throughout the cooking time) I noticed how evenly it was cooking. My only warning is it is quite large. You WILL need space for this oven. The doors swing out and must have side to side space to remain open. I hope all of this info helps those thinking about this purchase. Glad I bought it for my cooking needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bambi N Mark love the size
I bought this for the larger size. It is absolutely large enough to put my 9x13 bakers in. I also baked 2 loaves of bread and probably could have put a 3rd loaf pan. So far, I've baked cornbread, baked a two-layered cake, baked a couple loads of pumpkin bread, made toast, heated a casserole up... it seems to bake a tad faster than my normal oven, but nothing that a few minutes less baking time hasn't fixed. I do wish it came with recipes and/or instructions for the convection and dehydrator use. It's very attractive. I love the doors opening to the side. I had a smaller oven where the lid pulled down... it was a CRUMB collector. VERY PLEASED with my purchase. Wal-Mart carries a similar Oster in the large size. It does not have the dehydrator feature or the doors that open to the side. The doors alone are worth the price difference. I am so glad to have this in time for Thanksgiving!
