Solana Orthaheel Sandal - poor fit!
I own 6 pair of Orthaheel shoes but I am sending these back. The post between my toes is very uncomfortable (I am used to wearing shoes like this). Plus the strap is very, very hard to adjust -stiff and will barely go thru clasp. I just cannot adjust them and do not like them at all. Sorry Orthaheel but you didn't get this one right. I expect comfort when paying this price for a sandal. I hate having to pay the return postage for a bad shoe!

Cute, but unstable
I really liked the look of this sandal, but the toe post seemed short and thus was tight across my foot. The side straps come down low, and there is no stability for my foot. My heel kept sliding around, and yes, this sandal does make a slapping sound when you wear it. The materials and construction of this sandal looked cheap; lots of little white edges peeking out. I own and wear lots of Orthaheels - they are my favorites. I find that the shoes and sandals with a strap across the instep stay on better. But this one didn't make it. It went back.

Solana sandal!
Love, love , love this sandal! The arch is the perfect height....have purchased all the available colors! Thank you.....now if I could just get a dressier shoe with a little higher heel! Thanks!!!!

Perfect sandal
I first tried one of the sandals in this line that has a wide fabric toe piece and it was just too wide. I love this sandal, the look, the footbed, the adjustability, everything actually. I wear a lot of sandals, mostly birkenstocks. I find this line has the best in foot support I have tried on or owned. Will be going back for more in this line.

pretty slipper
I have large feet for my small frame...5'4 and size 91/2. These shoes are slimming to my foot and quite pretty. They make foot look smaller. Really a good choice and make my everyday everday sandles look a little more polished and upscale. I love them!!

Problems with Footbed Lining
These sandals are extremely stiff and the straps are placed awkwardly so that they are not comfortable against my toes. The main problem, however, is that, after wearing them briefly just a few times, the footbed lining on one of the sandals started peeling off. It has now peeled almost all the way off and looks tattered; and the footbed in the other sandal is fine, so now they don't even match. I can wear these around the house and neighborhood, but that's about it.

friction burn
They look beautiful but i couldnt where thrn long enough to teel if the sandle was helping to aline my legs. These did fit my wide foot (only slightly wider then medium) but the scrapes cute into ky foot every time I lifted my foot up to take a step. I only wake 3 blocks away to pick up my kid from school and when I got home I had water blister all along where the strapes were. Return them.

Poor Design
Just returned these sandals. I own several pair of Orthaheel thong/flipflop type sandals and absolutely love them. I didn't really care for these, though. The straps on the shoe seem to be incorrectly positioned--too close to the toe end of the sandal. I had a difficult time walking in them and had to shuffle my feet in order to keep the shoes on.

relief!
I ordered these after coming home from a walking trip. I was experiencing pain in my foot,
and hoped these would help. They did! In just the few days that I've been wearing them, the pain has decreased significantly. I did not experience any break in time. They haven't been off my feet since I got them!

So cute!
Ordered these and was so happy when I put them on! Yes, there's a period of adjustment but made my body so happy when I walked. Problem I had with the sandal was the skinny leather strap. Very stiff leather and tore the heck out of the top of my foot. was a gradual thing but the strap just never seemed to soften up. So, back they went. I think I have a pretty average foot but just not the right style for me.
