not for me
I have a few pairs of Orthoheels and love them but this pair is just odd on my feet. Buckle is crooked as another reviewer said and I just can't get them to look right on my feet if I adjust the straps to fit well. I DO love orthoheels and wear them almost exclusively after back surgery. They have helped tremendously. I just need to try a different sandal.

Please BRING IN MORE TAN COLOR
These are THE most comfortable sandals I have ever worn. Several of my friends have now gotten 'hooked' on Orthaheel and are craving the TAN color. Please bring them back to get my friends off of my back! Thank you!

very wide
Very disappointing.... Too wide, clunky. Thought they could be tightened, but that threw the ornament off center. Returning.

Disappointed
This is the 3rd pair I will be returning. I ordered A237708 (thong) which fit perfect but the thong was very uncomfortable and gave me a blister but the footbed was much more comfortable and I wear size 9 and they fit perfect. This sandal runs bigger and the footbed is not as comfortable. Feels wide and my feet sweat and it is winter.

Too wide for me
Although I do have a wider foot, these were even too wide for me. Also, when you adjust the straps to fit, the ends stick out straight and the metal ornament goes off center giving the sandal a bad look. They seem to be well made but I am sending them back. They may look good on a very wide foot.

needs improvement
Growing up in Germany, i have been wearing Birkenstock shoes all my iife..
I like wearing orthotics. I was glad to see that in this shoe . The style is really cute.
and the pricerange is about what Birkenstocks are. It took me a couple of days to get used to these and they are fine, but the material on the footbed makes my feet sweat.( my feet never sweat, and i live in Florida).
I don't see these lasting as long as Birkenstocks do.
I hope the makers of Orthoheel read our Reviews and improve the material on the footbed.

Great sandal
I noticed my feet were turning in as shown on the shows with the models. Purchased these sandals and started to wear them as soon as they arrived. i've worn them all day, Of course i'm not walking a whole lot, but they are very comfortable!! So much so, in face I've ordered a pair of them in a clog style.

Saved my Life!!!
My $350 orthotics made my feet hurt worse. I can stand a very long time in these, shopping, working, etc. and NO PAIN. I had been suffering with heel pain for many months. Now, my feet almost never hurt anymore! I have been coming back for more. Now I have 6 pairs of Orthaheels. Where can you buy a pair of shoes, wear for 30 days, and then take them back for a refund? No where but QVC!! Give them a try!! If they work for you, you will be so happy!! I got these in the gold, and they are cute, casual, but look great with dressy pants. Probably not with dresses, but a maxi dress, yes!! I wore these to my son's wedding rehearsal luau dinner. I felt great, even though I stood up almost all day decorating, rehearsing, and hosting. Fits true to size for me. Love them!!

I can wear sandals again!!!!!!
I have been very please with the Orthaheel Layla Sandals. For a few years now I have not been able to wear flat shoes or sandals because of my plantar fasciitis. I am able to wear these sandals because of the arch support! I'm just so excited! I would love to order some other colors!

i have bought enough shoes in my life to fill a boxcar. owned a store. these are the best. my knees and hips no longer hurt. now what to do with all those other millions of shoes in size 12.

Quality--not so much
The shoe is very attractive and very confortable at first. However, the dark brown on the sole came off on my feet. Had to soak and wash my feet to get the dye off. The dark brown wood grain is almost gone now. On the left shoe where the arch support is placed, there is cracking across the shoe just under the front strap. I've just had them a month and haven't even paid for them yet! And now my foot is starting to slip to the outside of the shoe. I love the idea but the quality is poor.
