With its titanium dioxide filter, three settings, and an automatic timer control, it not only removes dust, allergens, pet dander, and cigar smoke, but also helps capture germs, viruses, and bacteria.

Performs As Described Great product, small, quiet on all settings. Cleans the air even in larger rooms. I noticed cleaner air when I came back home after leaving the house for a few hours. Great product for the price and size. Will be purchasing another one for another room. Lightweight and easy to move within other rooms. I like mine in the living room and want to have an additional one for my bedroom. Definately helps with my allergies and asthma when I am at home using it. Great Buy!!! 04-28-13

NOT what I expected! When you purchase a name brand such as Oreck, you expect quality...well, that is not the case with this product. The remote never worked, the unit is SUPER LOUD (and might I add, I LOVE a light "fan type" noise) and seems to be more of a fan than an air cleaner. It just blew a bunch a cool air. Nothing special about it at all. And from reading these reviews, I have to wonder, does ANY of the remotes to this unit even work?? Very disappointed...sent back for a refund. 04-21-13

i love the oreck hepa cleaner when i got it the battery was dead in the remote control i got a new one and its fine i got a second one the same thing happen the battery have a defect i got a new battery works find the air cleaner is great but the remote battery has a defect in it or some thing works great thanks qvc 04-14-13

Does the Job We had a larger Oreck HEPA Air Cleaner for a few years, used it daily, and it got old and tired and, understandably, kicked the bucket! We then went without a cleaner for several weeks. After reading the reviews and watching the product video a couple of times, I decided to try this product. I was little concerned about the remote control. Sure enough, it did not work at first. So I took the battery out a couple of times and rubbed it, as well as wiping the transmitting/receiving "eyes" on the unit and the remote. The remote then worked. We have placed the unit in the bedroom and noticed quite an improvement! We don't always use the ionizer, but do notice the difference with we do. This cleaner is half the size of my prior one, but works it has a stronger fan which we prefer. 04-06-13

great but don't put near television Works wonderfully !! If you place it near your television, the tv remote will turn it off and on while changing channels. A little inconvenient. 03-14-13

did not power on I bought 2 of these, 1st one would not power on at any outlet, 2nd one powered up but remote battery did not work I like the size for my office so i decided to keep. 03-09-13

Great Air Cleaner I was a little hesitant to try this given some of the reviews about the remote not working properly. However, I've had my unit for about two months now and it has worked fine. The remote works without problem and it really has made a difference with my two cardigan corgis. Handles the dog and kitchen odors nicely and I've noticed less dust around the house. Will be picking up another one so I don't have to move it from room to room. 03-03-13

Does what its supposed to do When i first got it i had problems getting the remote to work. My son told me sometime the remote are like the remotes to a car when you change the battery or get a new on. It has to be set. Im not sure what he did but he put that battery back in and aimed the remote directly at the sensor while holding the power button for for a couple of seconds. Then he turn it off and back on again. My remote worked fine after that. Also, the air that comes out is a little cold. So, I wouldn't recommend placing it in the direction you're sitting or laying. 03-01-13

disappointed Ordered this product and received today. Took out of box, plugged into outlet, would not run. Tried another outlet, still nothing. Back into the box to return.Very disappointed in this product. 02-19-13

Great Air Cleaner We got two of these - one for our living room and one for our den which is on the other side of our apartment. We noticed the difference almost immediately. The remote makes it easy to have these put in a corner so they are not seen. 02-15-13
